While we are already aware of a "leave no stone unturned" approach by the powers that be - to hold onto and seize power; today, per a smoking gun memo document: we can add an additional three stratagems and gambits to overthrow democracy and subvert the will of the people. Why? Because they can't win by any other means.

Additionally, there have been reports that this regime is targeting California more broadly. I would like to remind you that a sheriff was arrested by the state earlier this year, when he walked off with 650,000 voter ballots. Because of this, it was never about there being actual fraud, or about "free and fair elections", but rather - all about engineering the fraud and stoping at nothing to "win". In their version of the world, works a little something like this: "you're 100% wrong, and I'm 100% right; or 50% of the time you're wrong and 50% of the time I'm right": which is to say, the only options in Trump-world consist of:

We win, or they cheated. Period. Yet... more likely: they lose and will cheat... and cannot accept their bad and failed policies and stealing from the American people while trying to sell it back to them as "we've pulled in 21T in tariffs" (that simply does not, add up on paper).

I entirely expect these midterms to be a cluster-you-know-what... and it's not like the 2020 illegally seized ballots in 4/5 states, nor the pardoned J6ers and with payout (and immunity for Trump and his family) is for zero cause and reason. It should tell you everything they need to know about weaponization of government on their end, assailing of the constitution and freedom of speech and rights to vote (by subverting it), and everything to do with "win at all cost". As Trump put it "you gotta cheat like hell like they do" (going on to imply he will be casting a physical ballot, as well as returning a mail-in-ballot (which is illegal).

All he must do is maintain the lie at this point, create new and existential distractions, and engineer the kind of fraud he needs to justify cancelling the elections or "stopping the count" or "stopping the steal". However, remember this time around (unlike J6 2021) - this time, the guard-rails are off and the only bastion are state's litigating (will take months/years in court if unilateral overreach occurs or this disenfranchises legitimate votes), and that leaves the last bastions of justice as 'just us' and the lower courts.

Be sure to vote, and to vote early. Don't adopt the nihilistic view and remain vigilant for what's to come. This one-trick DARVO pony/playbook is getting old, but we must not become complacent.

I had played MassEffect 1 and 2 - but really haven't kept up with the series. Additionally, i haven't played video games regularly in years, but did finally pick up a Nintendo Switch 2 and have been slowly playing through Fire Emblem: Fortunes Weave - which follows a full playthrough of Fire Emblem: Three Houses in 2019.

Jusy like the the state of the world, it appears even Video Games are affected, as unsustainable and unattainable record profits are burning game art and design - true amazing games appear to be a bit of a lost art, or purely relegated to indie developers, at this point.

And yes.... they are wanting to rewrite history.... anything to provide a modicum explanation, that the people suffering isn't Trump derangement syndrome... nor was Jack Smith acting partisan in his pursuits of criminal activity.

We are in the hell we are in now, exactly because Trump was NOT held accountable... and guess who enabled this - that's right - yet again, it was Mitch McConnel and Republicans that chose not to impeach Trump.

The only punishment was literally from the tech bros, back then - back when they were capitulating out of fear.

Ever since Trump apparently won the 2016 Presidential Elections (mind you with Russian interference that has been documented by our previously independent DOJ): progressively to now, we've seen Democracy continually assailed.

Elon helped Trump win the 2024 elections, and in my own opinion - the results of that election are deeply suspicious.

So where does this land us? Well... it's everything I feared it would be back in 2015 (presuming Trump would win; but, did not come to fruition - due to Democratic guard-rails). Now, we're living in a dystopian version of "real life hell" - where the way life we knew it to be, 11-12 years ago is now gone. We have never been more over-worked, over-stressed, under-appreciated, and "the will of the People" overtly subverted - in the history of this country.

We currently sit at the precipice of this potentially spelling the end of the Democratic process (as we know it): and in its place, ushering in a super-majority of Republic MAGA politica - solidified and codified into our law; with a clear two-tier justice system to boot!

"You will own nothing and be happy". This is complete the full-circle 80-year cycle of where we were with the great depression, and tees-up potentially the equally (but possibly even more existential threat) of WWIII and global conflict.

The results of the 2024 election were beyond suspicious - considering all variety of factors. I recognize we are deeply in trouble and must as a people come together, express and unify our voice, and re-establish truth. However, I cannot do this alone. I have spent the past 3-4 months - to prepare us for this moment. So please join the movement and cause - instead of giving into silence, indifferrence, or offering your consent (by default) - with intimidation and silence. Our demographic is larger; our voice is louder... our movement is louder. We must us our constitutional rights, uphold the law and restore justice and the social contract - before it's too late.

The compromise appears to include counter-intel, including Remote Operations Unit (ROU).

This administration can't keep ahead of it.

No one, and I literally mean no one - other than the president and this administration: is responsible for their own self-inflicted injuries, via abuse of power.

Personally, I think a great deal of hard-working Americans, are sick and tired of the status quo, on top of adding insult into injury - the blatant disregard for law, monopolies, antitrust violations; and certainly since the start of Trump‘s 2nd term: the Proiect 2025 agenda, trivialization of truth, weaponization of government, tax breaks for the rich, lack of response in our current affordability-crisis, whilst simultaneous gaslighting that American’t has never been stronger (its people, never happier) - while forcing antithetical “truth” anti-reality, down the throats of millions, whilst being outwardly and overly corrupt and repeating the same forever-war-cycle we saw with the lies of 9/11, and betraying our allies, in this process.

These seemingly “populist” movements, and a surgence of authoritarian, and fascist takeover in America, does seem to arise from a legitimate want from the American public. Rather than capturing the vote through legitimate, logical and persuasive appeal: it obtained it through false-promises, say anything and do nothing (or opposite), anything/everything to win, with zero accountability. However, once more, it went a step beyond that, by launching us into an illegal war, has continually in-bad-faith - subverted the will of the people, and even now (now that Trump is becoming ever-increasingly deranged and desperate): telling his supporters to vote multiple-times (via multiple methods of voting). This is under the hope that if his efforts, convincing allies and sycophants “to cheat like hell” and having his supporters swear their oaths ”to cheat in the midterms” (by casting multiple votes), that this will engineer the sort of fraud, he could then use to pretense (and support his claims) of rigged/unfair elections, muddy up the waters and sew enough chaos and mistrust in our elections, it would naturally undermine the validity of elections, and his mind - warrant a federal overhaul. In the meantime, however, behind the scenes him and his enablers/allies/supporters are leaving no stone unturned, in the effort to cheat/rig the 2026-midterm, and then likewise… if there has been a massive blue-wave and all the pollsters (even Right-leaning) have indicated Democrats are likely to take over the house and senate (perhaps, even with super-majority): as MAGA Mike Johnson and Steve Bannon have already pretensed - a lot of Republican representatives and their enablers, will be going to jail. And I must add… rightfully so. This is what happens when you reduce the presidency and congressional representation, to only serving the needs of the corporate lobby, foreign sovereign interests, or when the government is fashioned - purely for the purposes of the grift, price gouging consumers, engaging in illegal wars and corrupt acts, and then acting unapologetically corrupt and being overt about it. While I am certain, come early 2026, the corrupt powers that be that have captured our way self-governance, had gotten away with a rather relentless litany of abuses in 2025 (and with the Epstein debacle, devolving against them): considering all they had gotten away with and considering they were losing with the public, that were throwing anything and everything (including the kitchen sink) at the wall - hoping something would stick. Likewise, as Americans were losing their houses and properties due to foreclosure, and simultaneously organizations like Blackrock and Trump’s allies - seizing them up at firesale pricing (and apparently simultaneously preparing for dooms-day: between the bunkers the major platform CEOs and tech giants were building, the smoke signal of a potential geopolitical unrest, the wholesale implementation of the surveillance state - between surveillance drones and Flock cameras and AI integrations into all major databases and consolidation of such information, and the overt signaling by the oligarchs and kleptocrats -”you will own nothing and be happy”: that clearly none of this messaging went over well with the public.

Through a combination of weaponization of government, unilateral over-reach by executive branch, let alone the overt signaling-reach by DOJ and even some Right-leaning state governments and mid-decade gerrymandering - demonstrates that likewise, there has been an effort to sew fear, paranoia, and distract from the actual threats (too vs. bottom), rather than one another (left vs. right).

The truth is, the negative public sentiment is justified and never has never been clearer. Likewise, Trump and his administration’s - along with GOP/MAGA congressionals - goal of rendering politics so noxious, toxic, and unable/unwilling to work for the American people, while the federal government murder’s it’s civilians in cold-blood (amid a cold winter), amid forcing its policies down the throats of its constituents (most MAGA/GOP congressionals: now avoiding town hall meetings - altogether), and other illegal acts like MAGA Mole Johnson calling extended recess to avoid discharge petitions calling of votes for Epstein files releases, or to avoid permitting a new Democrat from being sworn in, and even instances of Trump and his administration - ignoring a definitive ruling and orders from SCOTUS about returning Garcia (sneaking him onto an overnight flight, claiming they could not return him, etc.)… the policy isn’t an accident and is always the same. Ever since SCOTUS’s teeing-up of Trump v2.0 through permitting Trump absolute immunity for “official acts” (whatever the hell that means… and likely, whatever they want it to mean): we’ve never seen so much corruption, or in-bad-faith actions from our government prior. Now Trump wants to decry that the legacy media has been weaponized against him, and it’s not fair - because while a vast majority of legacy media had capitulated to him, a few bastions remain that refuse to capitulate, pose some hard and difficult questions that forces him to respond without his gaslit script, and now his efforts to ban MSNOW, CNN and Politico from the White House — is yet again, a clear and flagrant violation of the 1st amendment.

Trump was claiming the White House was his… until amid the Freudian slip-up, he said “the White House is my… the people’s house”. Since then, Trump has gone on to say the White House is “very special” and claims he is protecting our country from communism and socialism, and that the legacy media has been weaponized against him. Yet, all that’s happened, is his actions are becoming ever-increasingly corrupt, illegal, and he’s being called out for it. Just because the man is deranged, unable to get everyone to capitulate to him (including his efforts with USPS and SCOTUS “they’ve changed since appointing them”): without a doubt, this is becoming ever-increasingly more deranged, desperate and dangerous - as Trump, his allies, sycophants and MAGA loyalists: will leave no stone unturned, in the efforts to cling onto power. Truly we’re seeing a repeat of the kind of dangerous and deranged efforts we saw with the events of J6 - hence why Trump really wants that $1.776B slush fund, and to grant him and his family absolute immunity for skirting tax law, both for past and future events. If that doesn’t tell you anything about presumed guilt, then I don’t know what will.

Whatever the case, unfortunately his efforts to screw over the everyday American, and subvert the will of the people and rule of law - is far from over. When Trump loses, instead of acting like a normal person, nursing one’s wounds, admitting fault, doing better, moving on, and attempting to win voters over with actual merit — instead: he is bound and determined to make things as messy as possible, likely engage in ever-increasingly illegal acts (or put up others to do so, and promise them a pardon), and in doing so, weaken American, our alliances, image, and influence. He can continue to falsely claim that America’s reputation was ruined by the likes of Obama or Biden; but the counter-reality exists that actually, under his leadership both from 2016-2020 and 2024-present: that our country has never been more insecure, unsafe and the world geopolitical tensions have never been greater. Likewise, Trump, his administration and the GOP - while holding a super majority in government: would love to distract from their promises and responsibilities to the American people, that all of these bad economic times, Iran war outcome, gas prices, affordability and rather fucking insane/batshit crazy policies and lack of jobs, land squarely on their lap. After all, they were the one’s that purportedly implemented massive tax relief to Americans (none of which is felt because it disproportionately benefits the ultra-wealthy); likewise - they were the ones that gutted Medicaid and the ACA (leading to many rural hospital closures, let alone forcing many Americans in financial need, to lose their healthcare); they were the ones that created a new global conflict, while covering up for pedophiles, rapists, and Epstein co-conspirators and enablers (while Trump’s name was redacted over 1M from the files, and where images of Trump were released, only to find that released evidence flagrantly removed/redacted) - supposedly for their self-purportedly “most transparent administration in the history of this country”; they continually blame Democrats and media sources - because their overt and illegal actions - that are against the law - are repeatedly called out; likewise, they are the ones that want to decry that there is mass-fraud in elections, how much better things have been, whilst simultaneously JD Vance begs for a second chance and Trump promises $5000 if Republicans maintain control over the house and senate and likewise encourages his supporters to engage in the very same voter fraud, he purportedly is so against - thus engineering a fraudulent outcome, he hopes to achieve - so he, his party, enablers, and Epstein class: all can run roughshod over the American citizen, fail to pay taxes, subvert the law and our rights to vote, and attempts to condense and consolidate power to the executive branch (by disrespecting the constitution and states’ rights, or even for USPS - to not engage in partisan antics).

The bottom-line, is a loss is well-deserved; not only that, but for Democrats to clinch a super-majority. And any further attempts by this administration to engage in subversive efforts that violates the constitution and rule of law, should promote the public to resist such efforts. Democracies are inherently fragile and Trump and his enablers, seemingly worked to ignore the checks and balances on power, while robbing the last bastions protecting democracy, such as: constitutional law and rights, lower courts, states’ individual autonomy, and - at least for now - SCOTUS: as the last defenders of democracy. Democrats have done their part to block a many things. However, that said, I’m tired of hearing the false-equivalency made that Democrats are just as shameless as Republicans. Wrong. That said, however, it will be up to the people to maintain pressure on Democrats to avoid a “status quo”-type response, should they be offered the chance and be positioned, to respond to attempting to fix the damage caused, by a form of governance and governance type that we the people never asked for; however, all the same, it’s time the American public start using their voices and become involved in this political process, if we ever hope to recover from this era of high-crimes and corruption that has nearly taken our democracy along with it.

While some relief can be felt and immediately sensed, following SCOTUS’ 7-2 ruling: prohibiting efforts to implement and enforce federal voter rolls, the battle for democracy and soul of free and fair elections and living within a society that values the self-governance (a government by and for the freedom) and self-ascribed freedoms and rights, enshrined within the constitution - is far from over.

For these 2026-midterms, I now expect the gambit and stratagems will now shift priority over to other means to disenfranchise voters:

• Target and threaten state election officials - failure to adhere to their established “voter lists” and if even one illegal/illegitimate vote is cast, they will be federally prosecuted. While chances are that no single elections official - within their respective state - has any wayward/outward priority to cheat, or provide any undue influence - this regime’s goals are functionally the same (even if they way they go about enforcing it relies on an after-the-fact mechanism - rather than proactive mechanisms when having challenged issuance and delivery of ballots via USPS undermining elections integrity, trust and voting fairness).
• I likewise, do expect, that Trump/regime/allies/supporters/sycophants, and the-powers-that-be, that are continually seeking to co-op efforts, weaponize independent governing bodies, and deny individual states their autonomy and self-agency of statehood with permitting the time, place and means in which voting takes place: that without a doubt, we are going to see surgically engineered attacks to delegitimize the process, engineer claims of widespread voter fraud on polling places, mid Nov 3rd voting day.
• We’ve already seen the efforts made to engage in: unprecedented mid-decade redistricting (outside of once per decade’s national census); unfounded claims in blue stronghold districts, districts that have flipped blue in these run-off elections, and strategic efforts to vie for dominance (Trump forcing an oath to “cheat like hell” - at all costs); ongoing efforts to declare a national emergency and cancel the current and future elections (presumably why Iran has remained on the table, for later existential use, or to permit negative global sentiment of the USA’s unprovoked and aggressive imperialistic might, fester - and potentially culminate into an existential global crisis (whether that be an oil/energy crisis, destabilizing of the global economy/destabilizing geopolitical tensions and ramping up unprovoked/unwarranted “excursions”, or even the threats posed by potentially weaponization of AI, and or drones/bioweapons).
• Trump potentially demanding all vote casting/counting cease, amid Nov 3rd Election Day. Claims of en-masse and “rampant and wide-spread voting fraud”, ramping/ratcheting-up up corruption/lies of Democrats and instructing his J6 mob and loyalists to engage in acts of domestic/emotional-terrorism and abuse. I expect on Election Day the usual past gambits of false/engineered bomb threats, existential threats being called into voting strongholds, potentially engineered violence and/or “fraud” - with zero evidence to back up these claims. This weaponized-DOJ calling for 1,000 election monitors (just you wait where they show up, it won’t be to Democratic and Republican strongholds alike - but likely disproportionately target Democrat/flipped districts.
• By the same token, I expect that continued and ongoing efforts will be made to interfere with the delivery and pickup of ballots, whether this be by: delivery of mail-in-ballots to voters (clandestinely), USPS picking up filled out ballots for delivery to vote counting locations, or even seizure of ballots from the ballot boxes - or amid en route to vote counting locations.
• Following their loss, to explore suing individual states, in attempts to invalidate the votes and intimidation of elections officials, unless they bend to their demands for an engineered results. This may include efforts to blackmail and gaslight outcomes, similar to the now infamous Raffensperger/Zelenskyy phone calls.
• Efforts to challenge the results of these 2026-midterms, and appeal and escalate to SCOTUS to intervene and undermine results.
• Potential abuse of power, declaring of other national emergencies, and declaration of Martial Law - on day of election day, Nov 3rd 2026. Again, efforts to create an existential crisis and events that compete for the public’s attention.
• A timely resurfacing of the weaponized-SOJ’s efforts to seize the 2020 elections ballots. 4/5 states already capitulated and complied (and expect that additional southern state belt of red states, have already complied; as they were already on board to engage in illegal and unprecedented gerrymandering). Trump and his enablers will then claim that mass fraud was found in the 2020 ballots, even though the chain-of-custody had been breached through their own weaponization. Nevertheless, would then argue similar is currently unfolding.
• Of course, I expect Trump to claim that China had interfered in our elections, spanning back to 2016 (potentially even implicating our allies): with an overall refusal to ever pin such accusations (founded, or unfounded) on Russia.
• Then of course the Jan 3rd gambit and MAGA Mike Johnson’s refusal to allow the swearing in of newly elected and ready-to-serve constituent Democrats.

Then of course, in 2028:

• I would expect to see that Vance (unlike Pence) would be willing to refuse to certify a newly elected Democratic president. This this brings us entirely full-circle, back to the events of Jan 6th 2021 - except this time without guard-railsm.

Unfortunately, while the efforts to suppress the vote, via the dismantling of Mail-in-Voting rights have backfired.

Now, according to reports, Trump is having Republicans to swear an oath to cheat in the upcoming my midterms.

The gambit here, is for MAGA Mike Johnson, and the Sargent in Arms for the court and the Court Clerk themselves, to refuse to swear Democrats in - especially if Democrats with a super-majority - which appears very much possible, based on polling.

Then, beyond that - unless Democrats pursue and are successful in pursuing article IV section II remedy prior to the 2028 presidential elections and following it (also presuming this Trump-regime doesn’t thrust us unnecessarily into WWIII): then I very much expect another attempt at a false slate of electors. However, the difference is - where Pence refused to capitulate to the president’s demands, assuredly Vance - in my opinion - would be very willing to go through with such a scheme.

In the wake of this decision, Trump has called this decision disastrous, for the healing/recovery of America, claims it will lead to massive monetary losses, and that his nominations are entirely different people - than the nominees he originally installed.

Simultaneously, acting Attorney General Todd Blanche purportedly claims that the Trump-administration will honor SCOTUS's decision, but a the the same time - will pursue all avenues to contest it. Unfortunately, what Blanche doesn't understand, however, is the ruling has been made. These shadow-docket, last-minute attempts to disenfranchise voters, the unconstitutional basis of of stripping states of the constitution clearly outlines (permitting individual states the autonomy and self-agency to establish the time/place of voting), attempts render the neutral USPS - as an enforcer of Trump's non-enforceable EO (the authority of which resides, presumably attempts to additionally exfiltrate voter rolls from states through the requirement of externally PII barcoded ballots, the other outlandish requirement that mis-matched last names (for established and qualifying voters) - or even a single bent corner - would toss batches of 10K ballots - 9,999 (or 10,000) that were otherwise legitimate mail-in-ballots, and a litany of other controversial decisions.

Clearly the Trump-regime was rolling with the plan, in the hopes they could escalate any contestation of the plan to the highest courts of the land and seek injunctive relief (or that SCOTUS could claim no injury had yet occurred). However, it's very much outwardly clear what the purpose of these policies ultimately were, as the rushed implementation, the whistle-blower who came forward to expose the plans to disenfranchise voters through arbitrary "batching" - to ensure en-masse voter disenfranchisement (ultimately forcing either provisional ballots, or in-person voting - which is currently still at threat of creating disenfranchisement), etc.

Of course, I would not put Trump to claim mass-fraud, demand stoppage of vote counting (or demand that all votes must be counted on election day - which is impossible), potential efforts to seize ballot pickups - or encourage sycophants/supporters/ICE/military to show up to polling places (fortunately, such efforts are being preemptively contested - such as requiring that no form of voter intimidation or jamming up of polling places through intimidation/entrapment, or efforts to jam-up polling may be made); in addition to the litany of past gambits made during the last election cycle which included resorting to blackmailing Ukrainian President Zelenskyy (to find dirt on opponent's son - Hunter Biden - or hold back release of defensive missiles; or more recent efforts - following the kidnap/exfiltration of Venezeula's Moduro: forcing him to admit that Venezuela interfered in the 2020 elections); and of course - one major "Trump card" left on the table, is associated with the unannounced/illegal seizure of ballots from the 2020 election from 4/5 states for which it was attempted (and weaponized-DOJ, having broken chain of custody) - will potentially claim that massive-fraud was found with the results of the 2020 election.

This administration has literally left no stone, unturned. As Bannon put it "flood the zone with shit" and "He's [Trump's] going to get a third term. So, Trump '28, Trump is going to be president in '28 and people ought to just get accommodated with that."

Truly the last minute decision to force USPS to broadly adopt such policies, was simply to jam up the system and disenfranchise/intimidate voters. I still recall when Trump claimed he voted by mail and in-person, and encouraged his supporters to do so. Right now, he's further doubling-down on what appear to be attempts to bribe voters with the promise of $5000 "dividend checks" if Republicans take both the House and the Senate. At its core, Trump has contended that our country is ripe with "massive and wide-spread voter fraud", that illegal foreigner and dead-people had voted in past elections (of which there is no evidence of this, and actually voter fraud is actually exceedingly rare), during the 2020 election - Trump encouraged supporters to stand in line the day of elections to vote in person and not use mail-in-ballots (but ultimately relented - likely from allies warning him such framing may backfire and disenfranchise his voters - given the threats posted by COVID and the unwillingness of some voters - not turning up on election day.

As some may recall, Trump was suggesting, right out of the gate: in the months into the lead-up to the 2020 presidential election; and following his electoral college win in 2016 - still parroted unfounded claims and lies of voter fraud.

The overarching goal is to state there is fraud in our elections, whilst sewing elements of fraud and undermining/dismantling the election process. The net result, either way, is to sew mistrust in the process, so whether it be Democrats, or Republicans - the nation holds uncertainty - given: the pre-textual, subtextual, subversion, sewing/framing of mistrust in the elections process as a whole (and potentially extending to the results - which of course, I openly expect he will levy).

As Trump lost this gambit - the only true way to assuredly clinch these 2026-midterms, Trump has been flailing/floundering/deflecting/distracting, by out of the blue claiming that Democrats were responsible for his purported attempted assassination in Butler, PA. However, the receipts actually indicate the opposite. And if anything, the Trump-regime has been relentless at offering transparency to explain why his ear - seemingly - healed overnight: never released his medical treatment reports (instead a simple signed letter head from Randy "The Candy Man" Jackson, was provided in lieu of full-transparency), additional redactions of what occurred that day; in addition to Crook's body being cremated less than 48 hours following the incident - FBI/secret service seemingly failed to preserve forensic crime scene evidence (by removing the body prematurely, and hosing down the roof where the shooter was located). Additionally, what sits at odds with this, was Crook's and his family were registered Republicans. In additional, there was an oddity - for which the Sheriffs office was actually in touch with Crooks (and apparently had spoken to Crooks) - just days prior to the events that transpired in Butler, PA. Collectively, in my opinion, this cries afoul of some very suspicious circumstances. That said, I have no doubt - nor make light of the event and the associated victims and collateral damage and lives of Trump supporters lost, within the crowd. However, there are plenty of elements that simply don't add up and provide a cohesive story of what transpired that day; also sitting at odds with that, was that secret service and FBI had determined and announced rather prematurely, that Crook's was a lone-gunman; Christopher Wrey was not convinced that Trump was shot; and of course the photo-op arm pumping and Trump's mouthing of "Fight! Fight! Fight!"

Trump has a long and sordid history of not playing by the rules, typically primes/choreographs prematurely stories like mass-fraud in a given election - even before a single vote has been casted, and has even joked that his ego would not accept a loss.

It's also important to mention that SCOTUS never further elucidated (nor clarified) the difference between "official" and "unofficial acts", when it came to Trump demanding presidential immunity. Trump claimed that he would be unable to do his job, unless he was provided absolute immunity. Trump further claimed in mid-2024, that he knew nothing of Project 2025 - whilst installing Ross Vaught (the spokesperson/brain-child/figure head - to head OMB, in his administration) and many others as cabinet members of his administration. Moreover, Trump's attempts to distance himself from the events of: January 6th (while drawing a bullseye on Vice President Pence) - "you gotta fight like hell, or we won't have a country"; along with his association and connection to Epstein and Trump's name being referenced over 1M times in the Epstein files, the lack of transparency, heavy redactions; and any failures to redact were removed from the set of already released files, failure to produce the second batch of files; not to mention removal of evidence that connects Trump to Epstein (photos of the two of them taken together) - let alone the continual conflation/framing between rendering perpetrators as victims and victims as perpetrators (along with failure to redact Epstein's victims and providing a means for presumed perpetrator/co-conspirators - via their lawyer - to request their PII be redacted from the files.

While I could continue to further expand on such topics, the discrepancies, etc. - I do find it convenient that SCOTUS's statement about immunity (combined with the fact that as humans, we suck at nuance, and contextually - there were clear efforts to cling to power - following the results of the 2020 elections): which all essentially teed up the Trump-regime to act with fully immunity/impunity and for acts of capitulation from Republican enablers/sycophants/and more broadly - in the past, via shadow-docket - from SCOTUS themselves. While Democrats continually reaffirmed that SCOTUS would uphold the constitution and not act in partisan ways - with multiple rulings that seemed to demonstrate their willingness to capitulate to Trump's demands: I am relieved to find that in the past few days, the Trump-regime's attempts to disenfranchise voters en-masse, was not successful. While it's quite obvious this violated many provisions in the constitution and this battle is far from over, it does create the legal framing for potential forced enforcement of the rules set forth by the constitution.

One final worry in my mind, is how a 34-time convicted felon was able to take-up-the helm a second time (and how this alone wasn't disqualifying), let alone the actions taken on J6, the subsequent en-masse pardoning of insurrectionists - along with Blanche's attempts to force the $1.776 slush-fund through a clearly weaponized/non-independent/and compromised DOJ - which would then encourage Proud Boys/mob - to further "stand back, and stand by", and descend upon polling sites. What was especially dangerous about SCOTUS's ruling/decision of absolute-immunity for the president - when combined with his ability to pardon (along with reports within the WH that seemed to clearly outline - blanket pardons for anyone with 200-feet of the Trump WH): creates a zero-sum gamification of politics; ultimately with little to no accountability, moment of self-reflection, etc. Furthermore, it appeared rather desperate to see Trump's Post Master General - willingness to implement via EO (not as required by congress) to render the postal service as a partisan player, regardless of the desire to dress it up as something it ultimately never was.

The final concern, however, is given the rather questionable nature of the results of the 2024 election, combined with Citizen's United decision, and Trump's unpopularity - given the failure of this administration to act on campaign promises - and attempts to gaslight the public: it seems clear that outspending on the presidential campaign may be used to provide cover to what is otherwise non sequitur, when you juxtapose the run-offs, lack of popularity, etc. Additionally, Dominion Vote was purchased by a Trump loyalist (with a commitment towards "free and more fair elections" - whatever that means), let alone that en-masse wholesale buy-up of local news stations and the legacy media's capitulation - whose cover-story is "a commitment towards more 'balanced' coverage" - whilst simultaneously sitting at stark odds, given the threats posed by the FCC - and attempts (some successful) to cancel comedian's satirical exposition, and threats of revocation of their FCC licenses - if they failed to comply. Obviously this alone creates a chilling effect.

Whatever the case, there's a fracture in what was otherwise a unified MAGA-coalition. Even Alex Jones - recognized that he supported the very thing he was against - the "deep state" - in which he went on and on about and painted Trump as champion and savior of his purported NWO. Certainly, Trump sold himself as that in the 2016 elections when he "drained the swamp". Comparatively, however: Trump during his State of the Union Address on July 17th, 2026 - claimed there was foreign interference in the 2016 elections - but appeared to blame every other country - except Russia - when the Mueller report had found that there was Russian meddling in our 2016 elections.

Again, I expect every gambit, stratagem, and Trump card will be employed... but fortunately, the rather psychotic and antithetical to reality (and non-constitutional attempts - thus far, seem to be held at bay - at the moment). Only time will tell and we'll keep you updated on the latest happenings, in the lead-up to these 2026 midterms. As our founders has intended, democracy and the government was intended to be "by and for the people" and to offer all of us inalienable rights, afforded to us under the constitution. • CVE-2026-109618: corrupt process memory and execute arbitrary code, corrupt a PHP state and execute code
  Affected: fatal-error backtrace use-after-free, OPcache type confusion

How it was demonstrated: pre-authentication Remote Code Execution (RCE) with major CMSs, such as: Drupal, Wordpress, and Joomla, etc.

Since this is a low-level exploit and affects low-level PHP processes - pretty much any site will be affected.

The art of video games is dying, as big money and mergers and acquisitions have lost their way.

I think for many gamers... they saw this coming with the rise of game passes. Although I wasn't a subscriber, I called it out myself, over five years ago - when the season passes were a single-tier. I told myself: they are going to get people hooked, then up the pricing - because the pricing didn't make sense - gamers were getting more value than Microsoft or Sony could provide, long-term. This was especially the case when the game pass included newly released games. Moreover, I didn't like the idea of game access being tied to a subscription.

I believe the initial manifestation of these problems that were arising, actually began with the various mergers, the quality of the AAA experience continually decreasing (along with a lot of broken promises), but additionally embroiled around the Blizzard sexual-harassment of women incident, as well as all the acquisitions. And certainly, I saw it when previously you could purchase a live game and not pay for a subscription or battle/gaming-pass - as was the case with Overwatch 1 - which Blizzard absolutely bastardized. It has lead to such a push that there are projects that have attempted to recreate Overwatch 1, using Overwatch 2 and Blizzard's now-since-abandoned Workshop implementation.

The bottom-line is when game developers not only fail to listen to what gamers want and their feedback and continue to make poor marketing decision after poor marketing decision - specifically more recently Sony's gaslighting to customers that they want digital-only releases - and especially independent game creators/small businesses are able to recreate the magic and gamer-feedback-welcomed environment, that clearly they have lost their way.

I suppose the other major indicator was associated with right to own - as it tangentially related to right to repair - as was the case with Apple and John Deer tractors. When companies intentionally create an environment that disrespects and ignores their fanbases and what they want - to take the valuable feedback and follow the previously and widely accepted industry mantra of "the customer is always right."

We've seen customer service constantly degraded, as the result of corporate greed and especially following COVID-19. We've also seen it with unannounced implementation of the surveillance state, dismantling of regulation, and as companies fully embrace AI (going against their initial promise it would only be used to make their employees more productive; instead just take a look at how Meta was macro-recording their employees administrative actions - to eventually replace their work with a model). As the phrase goes and under this current corrupt administration: "there is no honor among thieves" and "absolute power corrupts and absolute power corrupts, absolutely". Instead of ever-admitting overreach or fault with their actions, they double-down - as if they've got something to prove.

It's too bad the past two years, that corporate America hasn't taken it more to heart. And I'm confident the reason why they haven't taken it to heart is largely due to us living in a crony-capitalist state, where the competition is owned by the same people... essentially creating a monopoly - where stake holders invariably win. This also results in price-gouging and antitrust practices that allow these organizations to run roughshod around consumer rights, environmental protections, etc. When the only punishment is fines and those fines are often lesser than adhering to the law, unfortunately these large mega-corporate conglomerates will continually choose the cheaper of the two options and bypass what's in the best interest of employees and the law. Obviously not all companies act this way, but it has become an ever-increasingly common practice.

And quite honestly, I'm not sure what the end-game for corporate greed on this level looks like. Elon and other tech evangelists, seem to purport that once we achieve super intelligence with AI (a term that Trump has decided, unilaterally, to rename AI to super intelligence, to obfuscate the justifiably bad-rap and coverage received under these practices), that we'll all receive a universal basic income and that there will be no need to work. What's worse, is corporate America in its own greed, is literally bankrupting the country and since Trumpism began - has openly shown us who they are and acted in the worst ways possible.

I personally believe we're headed towards a dystopian future for citizens and consumers, in terms of our self-governance rights being stripped away and running roughshod around our societal norms and constitution. What I find confusing about this is with this overexuberant amount of wealth, what do they gain other than a few more zeros behind the amount in their account. This is a level of money that doesn't buy more happiness and even after they achieve their goal of owning everything, they will still remain unhappy. Personally, I actually see a strong parallel between the ultra-wealthy attempting to fill voids (or holes) in their lives, that money/fame/notoriety alone cannot satiate. Yet, they relentlessly engage in domination. What I can tell you is both Trump and Elon had some traumatic upbringings and were raised in sociopathic families, associated with establishing norms that are inherently inhumane and focus on either material wealth, or exploitation/subjugation/extorting others to either obtain wealth, or peddle their own ideologue fantasies. When such approaches prove to be unpopular with the people, they appear to engage in sadistic pleasure and it only encourages them to double-down in their actions.

There are power in numbers and voices and "we the People" should spend less time expecting someone to come save us, and begin saving ourselves and using our voices - when we still have a first-amendment and before the constitution is completely ignored/discarded/perverted beyond the point we retain access to these rights. Suffice to say, there's a lot of bad-faith actors within the corporate world, which now extends to the government world - as corporate America attempts to fashion government in its image, and for its own vices and various purposes.

Disclaimer: this post is in no way encouraging shaming of minorities - only exposing the hypocrisy of minorities that weaponize the system against themselves, while in positions of power - as an unwitting act of self-hate and sadism. Overall, I am exposing how it makes zero sense and demonstrates the level of self-hate they carry themselves, along with the denial and hypocrisy.

Suffice to say, with news just breaking this morning about Lindsey Graham's male escort sexapades - I'm not at all surprised. Homosexual and cruel - a special kind of sadism. Likewise, Trump's connections to Russia are quite obvious, considering his responses/words/reactions in recent weeks - following Ukraine's takedown of the Russian Yandex social media bot disinformation/foreign influence machine. Additionally, it has been a known phenomenon since in 2015/2016, when it was said that "every accusation is a form of self-admission with these people" and DARVO'ing. We know that Trump only speaks positively about Russia, is currently using the crisis he engineered in Iran to bring money to Russia, and lifting sanctions... while Russia would in turn provide oil; however, this is a bad idea because it provides Russia both the trade and monetary resources to fight back in a war they are losing.

We can clearly see the hypocrisy and exposure in action, when:

Elon Musk throttles traffic from StarLink to Ukrainian drones - following their four separate and successful attacks on Russian Yandex social-media bot-farms spreading disinformation, sewing division, and attempting to save face for the clear cracks in the MAGA cult. Similarly, on Oct 20th, Elon was interviewed and appeared to be backpedalling hard on his involvement with DOGE and "chainsaw to Democracy" - in the lead-up to the 2026 midterm's election day. Why do I think he's doing this? Simple: they know and have access to the numbers... and when they see they are losing districts in very red states - even after engaging an an illegal mid-decade redistricting (outside of census year) and gerrymandering and still losing; and especially when we see Kansas turning blue - they all recognize the jig is up - time to tone down the rhetoric.
2. Trump has been talking on/off with the sex jokes, but especially going on about "hot men", Arnold Palmer's proverbial junk and the size of it, and just the other night about "glory holing", "salads", etc. - which apparently is slang for homosexual sex.
3. We are already aware between Proud Boys and a lot of MAGA supporters being pro-naz!, pro-Hitler, and essentially the same sk!n-heads from the 1990s; and if it were back then, today, they would all easily be sent to jail immediately, no questions asked. We also know we have a criminal president who is an adjudicated rapist, Jeffrey Epstein's best friend, a professional grifter/cheater/stealer, a full-blown narcissist who hates America (claimed America was falling apart years ago - back when under Democrat control and back during his 1st term when there were guard-rails - it was not; but now, his own actions are destroying America). He continually and intentionally conflates victim with perpetrator and perpetrator with victim; and as we see now "America has never been hotter/better" - while literally the US is in the worst economic and global position/standing/reputation/alliances than it has ever been; while back then "our country is a 'shit hole' country and it's failing country and it's falling apart". By far my favorite was Trump's claim he knew nothing of Project 2025... yet is enacting its exact playbook: it involves ramming Democracy into the ground, over and over - like a car/bus (with us as the passengers), until the country breaks. Then in its place, an authoritarian dictatorship with TrumpTV running 24/7 (really the only channel on TV; along with mass propaganda). Honestly the reason why Trump liked Kim Jun Un and Vladimir Putin so much, is because he fawns for dictators; but I think at this point - it's also safe to say that he's closeted... and I think you know which closets he's been holding shut - when it comes to fawning over guys' "junk".

Lastly, I would be remiss if I wasn't to mention that the reason why more the WH and Trump are unable to keep a lid on all of this, is a direct result of Trump's worsening frontotemporal dementia - not to mention the multiple strokes he's endured. I think most of us are so sick of this man, and the company that he keeps, that while things have become ever-increasingly worse in terms of jobs, economy, lack of affordability, price-gouging, and living-conditions -- while him and the White House - gaslight the opposite, along with the failing Iran War and the tariffs: the truth is... Republicans/MAGA/GOP/traitors -- have gone a step too far, even for some MAGA cult loyalists. They can try to convince us this go-around that they have won every swing state - like they did in 2024, following Trump's incitement of a coup and attempts to cheat/rig the election results of the 2020 election; or even seize the 2020 ballots to then claim after losing this go around that the 2020 presidential election was "rife with fraud".

I would just like to remind everyone, anytime Trump has made a boisterous claim - when have we ever been provided the details, the evidence, and not had it turn into a scandal / cover-up? When has he delayed releasing files, or his TrumpCare plan? Why after a decade is it still not available after perpetual 2-week delays? The answer is because this administration and the oligarchs are robbing this country blind. Just as an example: did you know that back when Obama handed the Presidency over to Trump in early 2017... that the national debt was at $19 trillion? And where is it today? $41 trillion. How much of that debt was at the hand of Republican presidents? A majority of it - always has been, and always will. Why, you ask? Because they need the government to print more money to become wealthier; and in order to print more money, other countries must buy our bonds (I owe you notes) - which comprise the national debt. Then, even after they hollow out our entitlement programs which we're taxed for and pay into - including social security next year - presuming they win; and already the Medicaid proverbial bomb they have set to go off in January when Democrats take control - will serve to blame democrats for the healthcare sabotage of Republicans and offer the remaining Republicans some leverage to continue their traitorous pursuits.

Bottom-line: the point I'm trying to get across - is it hit me this morning after hearing the news of Lindsey Graham; considering what sexually-assaulted woman had to say about Trump when they were abused as minors under his hand, and even what is to be said about the Russian-disinfo machine, etc.... MAGA is a cult of closeted-sadists: they get gratification in seeing and wanting others to hurt and cruelty - because they are hurt and closeted about it, themselves.

• Vote early.
• If voting by mail and your ballot doesn't arrive - request a provisional ballot.
• Drop off your ballot at a ballot drop-off box - rather than placing it back into the mail.
  Separate from that, if your resoectuve state and country supports it, track your ballot from it being mailed, to subsequently having your vote counted, via BallotTrax.
• I would also suggest, if you live in Texas (for instance, where they are working double-time to disenfranchise voters via reduced polling hours and reduced polling locations), be sure to, ahead of time:
• Determine which polling site location and district you must vote at. In past elections, for instance... waiting in line for hours - to only find out you showed up to the wrong voting location for your physical address - could invariably and unwittingly disenfranchise you - of your own vote.
• If the federal government decides to mail a separate ballot, to confuse voters, and where the "federal election ballot" shows up and instructs you to not fill out your traditional one, or you receive a card in the mail from the Trump-regime (or a phone call) demanding your PII information - otherwise your vote won't be counted, you'll be disqualified, or if it claims filling out your traditional state ballot is illegal - ignore such request.
• If Trump-regime tells Republicans to request a mail-in-ballot and vote by mail, in addition to voting in-person, recognize that is voter fraud and that's a federal offense. Unfortunately, Trump during his 1st term serving, did exactly that - and encouraged his supporters to to engage, similarly.
• If this Trump-regime (as a MAGA supporter), instructs you to engage in any form of voting from, between: filling out mail-in-ballots of room mates, registering to vote from fake individuals, anyone that is not you, or dead people - recognize you are committing voter fraud.
• If this Trump-regime bribes, or promises rewards for the illegal seizing, or disruption of chain of custody of ballots or tampering with ballots or the drop of boxes themselves (including harassing, threatening, intimidating those authorized to pick up ballots) - recognize you are committing a crime. Likewise, if when you're dropping off your ballot, late a night and you see anyone tampering with the box, report it.
• If are a Trump-regime supporter, and you know of someone that intends to engage in any of these acts, or to call in false threat reports into traditionally Democratic districts, report this immediately to your local authorities. If valid, they will pass this information along to the FBI, but will independently investigate themselves. The current Trump DOJ - if not already absolutely overtly and transparently clear - is corrupt and capitulating: hence why they have called for over 1000 Trump-DOJ appointed poll watchers, who will likely be present in swing states and democratic strongholds... or counties that swung democratic in the lead-up elections, or 2024 elections.
• Do not provide any details to any attempts from X.com, soliciting the offer to "help you to register to vote in your state" by providing your PII details; whilst simultaneously tricking the user into being registered to vote, and/or potentially phishing for PII information.
• If you work for the USPS and see the USPS engaged in any illegal acts to subvert the will of the people, including their arbitrary rule (or any illegal rules, especially those not implemented and are illegal and suppress the vote/will of the people): collect information, proof, and details to submit to your local state government of the location, who, what, why, how and any evidence you may be able to provide. It's best if you're aware of such plans ahead of time, once verified - is immediately reported and documented. One such EO that Trump would love to see be implemented by the USPS, is forcing the USPS to implement barcode on ballots, whereby they can simultaneously exfiltrate and build databases from voters in the individual states - to shape/influence/cheat in the 2028 presidential election process. As you're already aware, Trump has absolutely zero interest (or doesn't give two fucks less), when he blatantly ignores federal judges orders, or even SCOTUS's orders, demanding he not implement such election suppression efforts. Another election suppression effort, outside of these lists (that I personally believe, in my opinion, where generated from the ingo exfiltrated illegally by DOGE - from the IRS: involves requiring the USPS in the process of preparing for delivery of mail-in-ballots, to audit them - and in the event of a single issue with any single ballot from these batches of 10K, is instructing them to throw out the entire batch. I wish I was making this up, but I am not. Likewise, Trump keeps appealing to SCOTUS to force these USPS gambit/stratagems to be fully implemented, even inside of the 90-day window that typically prevents such actions - as it is too close to the elections,.
• When Trump, invariably claims wides-spread voter fraud, before a single vote is even cast; engages in endless and relentless lawsuits against a weaponized-DOJ against individual states' autonomy to conduct elections independently, or claims he is going to force (via way of intimidation) for elections officials to implement his policies, hand over voter rolls, or seize past election ballots (for latter purpose of claiming fraud was committed, after already betraying the chain of custody on evidence and with the overt purpose of tampering and engineering probable cause, or he cancels the midterms or invalidates the results as the result of his own lies/engineered schemes/trivialization - recognize all of that is illegal; as is it illegal for him to target state election officials and workers, and threaten jaiil time if they don't implement anti-constitutional policies. Also, don't be surprised if he uses the Iran conflict, or launching some missiles at another major world power - as a way of distracting, calling for Martial Law, and cancelling all future elections under "emergency" provisional orders (what's even comical about him believing he's provided this power, considering even during hte events of an active second world war - voting was open to the public). Bottom-line, is: don't believe his lies, ask questions if things seem suspicious and we the people must use our voices in both the lead-up to the 2026-midterms to collectively call out the corruption, pre-textual and subtextual abuses and expose it - but moreover, following t he results (especially if they reflect the anti-reality) and demand justice as the majority. In the event that Democrats take both the House and Senate and form a super-majority (or even without a super majority): likewise, we the people must pressure them, hold them accountable, to hold Trump accountable and make an example of him and his various enablers. Things have gotten to be as corrupt - outwardly so, because they either know, trust, or believe strongly they are going to win in the 2026-midterms; however, we already are aware of the public's level of non-favorable sentiment - that is why we must maintain the pressure,, demand several independent recounts (just like Trump had requested), and not sit back if in-person, on election day, both polling sites and ballot boxes are tampered with - including a situation where Trump claims fraud and demands states to stop the count, or begins illegally seizing ballots while they are counted. I actually truly believe the latter option, in combination with announcing pre-emptively/priming/choreographing ahead of time of mass election fraud before, durign and after, along with attempts to cancel the elections and throw out the results, or engage in a needless world war or engineered crisis with Iran (including another false flag against him), is very much likely. I mean just look at the events of Butler, PA - where Matthew Crooks - a Republican supporter (not a Democrat), supposedly attempted to shoot at Trump, when Trump's ear miraculously healed overnight; the secret service allowed him the opportunity for the photo op; they claimed it was a "lone wolf" operation way too early; the crime scene was hosed down (rather than preserved; along with Crook's body being rapidly cremated less than 48 hours later); and Trump never mentioning the events of Butler,, PA - ever again. The truth was that Biden/Kamala was projected to completely wipe Trump out (he shouldn't have even qualified for a second presidency to begin with, since he's an adjudicated rapist and felon): and it was at that time, that Trump needed to garner sympathy from the public and play the victim - boy who cried wolf card. What's especially sad, however, was Trump was too much of a pussy to even commit to using the razor blade to make the events even believable; that said, he's hella vain and can't even go a day without his precious bronzer makeup being caked onto his face. Bottom-line, is Trump and the Trump-regimes repeated abuses of power, unwillingness to follow the law, lack of independent and instead weaponized DOJ, Trump's willingness to use Blanche's nomination to promise $1.8B ($1M individually) to the January 6th perpetrators and insurrections (whom he calls/identifies as hostages; commuted/pardoned their crimes - whilst simultaneously claimed that he had nothing to do with J6 and that it was a "false-flag" antifa/BLM blackop. Moreover, Trump claimed that Biden had weaponized the DOJ against it...

Trump is going on and on about how Russia's army is so big and strong, so he suggested Zelensky should back down.

• Refinery Strikes and Fuel Deals: Trump criticized Zelenskyy for authorizing strikes on Russian diesel refineries and condemned actions he argued could raise global fuel prices, following a U.S. move to ease certain restrictions on Russian energy sales.
• Calls for New Leadership: Trump suggested it may be "time for Ukraine to get a new president" who can secure a deal, accusing Zelenskyy of not wanting to end the war.
• Negotiation Warnings: The Trump administration warned that the U.S. could pull back from mediating peace talks entirely if Kyiv and Moscow do not show immediate progress toward a settlement. (good: Trump should stay the hell out of it and stop acting like a Russian nesting doll, and Putin puppet)
• Zelenskyy's Response: Zelenskyy has adopted a more confrontational posture, criticizing U.S. policy shifts toward Moscow and noting that losing a strong American partner is painful while maintaining Ukraine's national interests

Trump is constantly blaming Zelensky for the Russia-Ukraine War, when Russia is the aggressor and I don't at all buy that he cares for neutrality, considering Trump is clearly a sadist and gets off on seeing people hurt.

Brian Tyler Cohen's YouTube channel, just exposed yet another stratagem/gambit being used by this illegal regime, to prevent legitimate voters from casting their ballots. Their latest attempts, beyond the mail-in-voting, attempts to federalize elections, now involves... you guessed it - in-person polling locations (they are truly leaving no stone, unturned).

Let's check the list:

• Suppressing Mail-in-Voting ✅
• Suppress the Vote for Legitimate In-Person Polling Places ✅
• Suppress the Vote via Requiring Official Documents to Vote (even though these have been verified, years prior, to determine your eligibility to vote ✅ (by reducing number of polling sites, per BTC's reporting; additional reporting is indicating they are also reducing the polling places' hours they are open to allow for in-person ballots)
• Deploy 1000 DOJ "Election Waters" to Polling Places ✅
• Deploy ICE/J6ers to Polling Locations to Intimidate Minorities from Voting ✅ (and likely to engage in "entrapment" ✅ - two 'fer one, as they say)

What hasn't been discussed here, but should be discussed:

• Cambridge Analytica and Big Tech companies censoring comments (and acting as a road-block for legitimate concerns, discussions, or bringing together coalition, protesting, or movement to fight back against facism: aka. for instance my comments on YouTube magically being removed). If you think Trump-regime and pro-fascist domineers were done with social media after the 2016 run gambit, you are clearly not paying attention. Additionally, on this topic, Elon purchased Twitter.com (now, very apropos named "X.com") to interfere in the 2024 election, in addition to forking over over $250M (the minimum least amount we know about), let alone Elon (God bless him, out of the kindness of his heart) "helped individuals in all swing states" with helping them to "register" to vote. Per this latter gambit, he created a form on X.com that collected individuals' sensitive PII information, with a simple completed form that said "Thank you!". Some that were lucky had their browser redirected to their official state's Vital Records office, or were just met with the "Thank you" message. Either way, invariably, there information was harvested and none of this information was sent to the user's individual state, for which they reside. Moreover, on the topic on how Elon helped Trump to subvert the will of the people and interfere in our elections process (and in the process triple his net-worth in the pas t18 months), involved his very coveted work with "DOGE"; it was here that they walked into the IRS and exfiltrated what is presumably, a full list of all tax-payer information of either all Americans, or at a minimum, or a subset. Of this subset, presumably, they would likely target: swing states, Democratic voters, Independent/Libertarian (basically any voting blocks that are not Republican/GOP).
• Let us not forget SCOTUS's (right on time, yet again) disenfranchisement of voters, through the suppression of the Voting Rights Act of 1971, along with engaging in unprecedented mid-century redistricting, of a broad swath of voters in Red-controlled states. This began in Tennessee with eliminating of two black-opportunity districts (of which, a majority of their population is black). Additionally, in California, a sheriff ran off with a list of 650,000 voters and was subsequently prosecuted (after being caught). In Colroado, Tina Peters, who in 2020, engaged in questionable acts by allowing access to the voting computers, prosecuted and was serving time prior to the Trump-regime pressuring Jared Polis into her subsequent release, where she is now heading up voting in a Northern California District. This of course, also doesn't include where most recently, it was discovered, that Trump DOJ election officials showed up in bumble-fuck
  On August 18, 2026, during Wyoming’s primary election day, the DOJ dispatched two federal election monitors to a polling site in Cheyenne. Without advance notice, the monitors arrived at 7:00 AM and aggressively demanded to interview voters and directly inspect the voting machines. Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee flatly denied their request, stating that the aggressive and unannounced intrusion completely disregarded state laws regarding election administration.The Pushback: Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon publicly condemned the DOJ's actions as "aggressive" and "irregular," subsequently launching an official state attorney general investigation into the federal overreach.
• This also doesn't include the Trump-regime's separate (but mostly successful attempts) to obtain the voter roles from the individual states. 4 out of the 5 attempts with red states, were successful and Trump's DOJ obtained voter rolls. For the one state that pushed back, included Minnesota, whereby the corrupt/illegal/weaponized Trump DOJ/DHS decided to tell Minnesota, "we'll make you ICE problem go away and stop terrorizing your citizens, if you agree to hand over your voters rolls".
• In the Trump-regime's first term, he worked actively with Louis DeJoy to slow down public mail, by the intentional and systematic decommissioning of brand-new, state of the art, mail sorting equipment AND by Louis DeJoy restructuring USPS and consolidating mail hubs and voting; the symptoms of which, can still be largely felt / experienced to this day. What previously took 1-2 days for local mail to arrive, now takes closer to 3-5 days; what previously took 2-4 days, now takes closer to 4-7 days; and what previously only took 5-7 days, now takes closer to 14-21 days for mail to arrive. Trump - for the most part - did everything he could to undermine mail. This rhetoric continued in earnest, until someone (could it have been the P25 people?) explained to him that this rhetoric could actually lose him the election, because people were afraid in-person voting could make them sick; it was then, and only then, did Trump all of a sudden make the distinction with his supporters that he loved mail-in-voting, but only if you were legal to do so.
• Trump's most recent attempts via the SAVE Act (and his pressuring of congress to eliminate the fillibuster, forcing it into law. What the SAVE Act (rather oxymoronically named, much of Trump's congressional bills and EOs are, just take "The Great Big Beautiful Bill" - for example) actually does, is create yet another road-block to voting. While the bill itself has not been passed into law, I can guarantee that some Red dictricts are following suit. Functionally, its purpose is to create even greater burden on the voter, which includes needing to prove your identity via birth-certificate, or even requiring a passport.... yes? A PASSPORT!!. First off, passports aren't cheap. Second, passports can take upwards of 5-8 weeks to arrive and can be denied (for various reasons). Third, if you're a woman and you changed your last name - good luck on being able to vote. Forth, the burden/responsibility of proving your citizenship (much like your innocence) instead squarely lands onto the lap of the voter. Translation: many voters are not one-time voters, nor are the 2026-midterms the first time they have voted. To become established to vote, is typically tied to your DMV records; meaning: the DMV has already established your citizenship as part of your driving licensure. Meaning: there is no reason/need to verify your identity - they know who you are. That said, if Trump could have it his way, he would shoot for having states' administration of federal elections be federalized.
• Oh and by the way, this is... by no means... a comprehensive list. But this is what happens when you "flood the zone with shit" (as Bannon would say) and our currently reality is a reflection of that.

and right now, until the mid-terms on Nov 5th 2026: both an illegal Trump-DOJ, SCOTUS, the hijacked main-stream media, social media providers, etc. - are all going to be doing their best to misinform the public. Why? It's probably a combination of capitulation, and one other part - they're in on it and making billions more per year by remaining complicit accessories to these crimes. It pains me to say that, but I just experienced that on YouTube of all places - having my comments removed for no reason. We are truly in a dystopian 1984 nightmare that was discussed with the likes of George Orwell; while Trump plays vicitim for causing this Iran War and through his tariffs. Do you remember when Trump said "the word Tariff... there's no more beautiful of a word... it's even a word surprising the word of 'love'!" What a sick fucking human-being, if you can even call him that.

Trying to rewrite state's autonomy, afforded per the constitution. The regime's subversion and assailing of the constitution has been long realized and acknowledged and symbolized with them covering the cosntitution with curtains, whilst at the same time curtailing the law - as it was penned in by our forefathers, which naturally included separation of power and autonomy of each pillar of government. It's bizarre to attempt to try to move your head and thoughts around knowing that SCOTUS has one job and one job only to perform, and that's to interpret the constitution. Yet, while the constitution's wording is plain-as-day, they chose to actively, knowingly, and willfully ignore the rule of law.

Our country, our society, along with public, social and political discourse is continuing to be rewritten and subverted - on a daily basis. I am not even sure what the ultra-wealthy's gambits actually are, because we are seeing the rise of fascism - while it self ascribes itself to not be fascism, and branding antifa a terrorist organization, at the same time? I mean... 'common! Do they really think that the public that daft to not be able to see what's going on with all of this? If you look at elections alone and the subversion of law over the last 50-60 years, it becomes clear that this was never truly about right vs. left, but instead - it has always been top vs. bottom. The ultra-wealthy are scared, and justifiably so. Just imagine if the majority ever operated in lock-step with one another. Could it devolve into violence? Possibly - hopefully not, but it's technically possible. What I do think is even more effective, however, is boycotting, coalition, and literally our shared voice and demands for justice, accountability, and equality under the law. And when I say "under the law", I'm not talking about Pam Bondi's cute little tongue and cheek comment about "Trump is the law" - no the fuck he is not; I argue he's not even president because the results of the 2024 election are some of the more statistically abhorrent than in any of modern history. Of course, to make matters more complicated (and potentially worse), is the fact that Liberty Voting Systems (previously Dominion Voting Systems, per acquisition) is now, along with other voting systems - been wholesale bought and paid for - by Trump loyalists who are devout to "ensuring for more fair, free an fair elections". The only problem with that mission-statement, are these are the same people (similar to Trump's cabinet picks) that refuse to admit that Trump lost in the 2020-midterms... they refuse to announce that matter of fact, under oath and before congress. I mean, just look at Todd Blanche, who lied his way into office, and how Trump silently under NDA and under pre-emptive pardons for anyone within 200 feet of his White House (and all staffers) being afforded presidential pardons for complying, whilst simultaneously being threatened for stiff prosecution for leaks.

Phew! I know that's a lot and each time I write for theunderKurrent.com, it ends up turning into a small book. That's not because of me, specifically, and it has everything to do with following the thread of lies/deceipt/deception/projection/gaslighting/and subversion of our way of life, the people's will and democracy - at nearly every turn - is prevalent. I want you to know that none of this is normal and although I know the populace has grown numb/apathetic/nihilistic towards it all: the truth still matters. If anything, I argue the truth is all the more important than it has e ver been before. This isn't some boilerplate Democratic election rhetoric when I say, the results of this election and "we the People"'s subsequent reaction to being gaslit and subverted - ultimately chooses if we fully commit to their antithetical version of reality, and whether we choose to wholesale reject it (out of the fact that none of this is normal and literally 11 years ago we lived in a normal world of honesty, decency, authenticity, transparency and justice), or if we're all just too tired/apathetic/scared or stuck in survival to care that by sitting back and not using our voice, we are submitting ourselves - likewise into compliance - via inferred consent, alone.

Think about that detail long and hard before you choose... will you be on the right side of reality, or on the wrong side of reality? Are you anti-human, or pro-human(e)? Do you believe in nothing, or do you believe in something? Do you believe in Satan, or do you believe in Jesus? And no... I am not playing the religion card; because at its core, this is exactly the choice we are being called into and if we think just because we wittingly, or unwittingly were called into choice - out of desperation - to choose the more convenient side and won't be judged - then think again. Light workers, anyone that's not an NPC in this world, and certainly the dark underworld of satanic devil worshippers on this planet understand this. As proof that this is the case, remember when Trump said "I don't think I'm getting into heaven... I just wanted to have a little bit of fun~!"? That right there, was the one thing... along with Trump not placing his hand on the bible when being sworn in for a second time, that proves that this is not just a literal real-life battle, but moreover a spiritual one.

Additionally and rather unfortunately, I don't believe it is - AT ALL - improbable that he has kept the Iran thing alive and well: not only to serve as a perpetual back-burner (and sometime's front-burner) problem to distract away from the Epstein matter (hence why the issue has spun up and has remained spun up, since it began at the beginning of this year), but moreover - in my belief - for the purposes of declaring a national emergency, and if need be, to start WWIII. That is how absolutely vile and weak Trump is... he would rather shamelessly gaslight us and even gaslight himself... while appearing like a complete and utter idiot, in this process. Quite possibly, one of the saddest of all living humans alive... just like Anakin - he created his own suffering - through performance and ego. He could so easily free himself of such a burden, by admitting his defeat and moving on. And while for years, Trump and his supporters would hit back at Democrats or Independents for pointing out Trump memes for Trump 2016... 2020... 2024.... 2026... 2028... 2032.... 2038... 2042... 2048 - were just rage-bait to show them lib-tards... sadly, calling this out, was absolutely spot on. Not only that, but when it comes to our current post-Trumpism, post-truth, post-AI and soon to be post-democracy world: since we rely upon technology more and more and this space is devolving with AI slop and dead-internet theory turning into fact... it's all the more important that we form a coalition of real humans... real people... that value authenticity/honesty/kindness/respect/truth/justice/accountability and find our corner of the net to place our stakes. It's not at all hyperbolic to say our reality is ever-increasingly been shaped by the limitations of our perceptions. Unfortunately, this has naturally been an extension of the digitial world back into the real world - as we spend more and more of our time online. Subsequently, this comes at a price of not only to our sanity, but to our digital-projecting-outward reality for which we live. That is why, we must remain discerning. Do not trust what people tell you to believe. Use your eyes, nose, and ears... and gut (trust your gut and memories). They would love for us to forget about the events of J6; however, truly, we all remember what happened on that day. Some, more than others, have difficulty in accurately recalling the events that day, and others have no problem recollecting the events that day - but were scared and terrified at the prospects of just how close we came to losing our democracy; and yet, we're back at that eve - yet again. Will you take up the call? "Don't ask what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country!"

It looks like Trump and Elon are doing their part to sabotage Ukraine's offensive of the data centers. Ukraine lost mid-range strike abilities allowing Russians to advance on the field.

If it wasn't enough that Trump-regime wanted to pull back sanctions on Putin's Russia; additionally, Trump encouraging we purchase oil from Russia (on a war in Iran and chokehold on oil, that he created).

It's very clear where the alliances lie, and Trump-regime is doing their part to sabotage the gains by Ukraine and the Yandex disinformation bot machine.

And yes... it involves legal loopholes to he can get what he wants... including razing this Washington D.C. golf course.

And attacks on Abdul El-Sayed and Jon Ossoff.

I love how these attacks don't even land because the attacks are meritless and entirely a "straw man" argument and fallacy, and resorting to character attacks because MAGA doesn't have a policy, nor able to enact on its promises. Instead, they continually engage in gaslighting, projection and choreographing that a loss will lead to the death of the US.

All of this is extortion and hand-waiving as mere distraction of their own failures. They deserve the loss that's coming. But beyond that, do expect Trump to claim mass fraud and attempts to attack his opponents (Democrats) and election workers in the individual states - as Trump and SCOTUS attempt to run roughshod around the constitution and make what's the legal process, illegal... somehow, automagically - just because he says so. He continually and intentionally conflates perpetrator with victim and victim with perpetrator.

I knew this would come...

This Trumpapalooza event, held in Texas on September 9th and September 10th, 2026 - has proven (yet again): that there is no rock-bottom to the Republican party and the MAGA death cult.

First off, they want to conflate communism with socialism; and communism with fascism. Yet, this is the same exact party that branded Antifa (antifascist) movement of the United States as a domestic terrorist organization - and where domestic terrorism they inflict, has become defacto domestic policy. What's even trickier, is literally everything they complain about is either self-inflicted damage (sparing themselves from accountability; absolute power corrupts and absolute power corrupts, absolutely), or literally attempting to engage in constant subterfuge and subversion and where any form of resistance (or lack of agreement): then extremism is weaponized and immediately paints you as a domestic terrorist. We've already seen this play out, in a myriad of ways; in truth, however, it's a catch-22 - you're damned if you do, damned if you don't and assuredly will stop at nothing to intimidate/silence/demean/shame/exploit - however possible. Again, this is straight out of Trump's playbook... the hidden subterfuge parts from "The Art of the Deal"; theoretically and likely called "The Art of the Steal". Trump never asks for permission and when challenged - feels even all the more enticed to add yet another enemy to his list - and pursue them, relentlessly. We've seen this when he threatened to sue Michael Wolfe into oblivion for his accurate reporting of Trump and his connections to Epstein; we've seen this with Trump attempting to sue the BBC (where other local media providers just immediately capitulated by default and bent the knee for rightfully-so censoring him, surrounding the events of J6); and likewise we've seen it when it comes the conman games (such as attempting to sue/settle - all in the same sentence - with the IRS using his puppeted/weaponized DOJ for $10B; or his continual broken promises and attempting to coerce voters into voting for him by enticing them with $5000, which reminds me: as part of Elon's gambit to steal the 2024 elections for Trump - didn't he likewise tell voters he would pay each of them $100 for voting for Trump and likewise be entered into a contest for a large million-dollar sum of money?) Whatever the case, whether it be continually Trump "resting his eyes" during the day (aka. sleeping; whilst continually brandishing/demeaning Biden with the false accusations that he was always asleep (BTW: thank you God - the irony); or accusing his enemies of rigging the elections. Whatever the case... if Democrats had engaged in even 1/64th of the crimes being committed by them at current (and if the shoe were on the other foot; if they ever were reasonable/afforded the mental faculties/heart/soul for perspective) - would immediately recognize that if a Democrat even committed one of these acts - assuredly they would be crucified - no joke. Likewise, one other important detail to mention: ever notice how Trump focuses so heavily on his enemies... likewise, have you noticed that he pays no mind/obsession/mention/villainization - of the individuals that purportedly attempted to unalive this man? Wouldn't you think... if it was your life... that those would be truly the cases you would have difficulty of shrugging off and paying no further mind/investigation towards? This is the immediate lie detector test (similar to the "who smelt it, dealt it" test; along with the over-compensation and "boy who perpetually cried wolf for over a decade" motifs); invariably, all are the same... priming/choreographing/projecting and engaging in false-narratives the heaviest on the more extreme lies - so long as they serve the end goal (and yes, we're already confident that under no means - will Trump ever willingly, or voluntarily - leave a position/seat of power; we already know what happened, last time...)

Now that we got all of that out of the way and prefaced, let's get into talking about some of the specifics of Trumpapalooza 2026. I'll begin by discussing the histrionic personality disorder preacher, that graced the public with his presence and holiness (plenty of holes in his logic and stories, by the way): it consisted of self-righteous talk about how Democrats are are blasphemous in their ways and while decrying we all need to be kind, tolerant, loving, non-judgmental and Christ-like towards one another - while, literally in the same sentence (if not paragraph): assailing and weaponizing white Christian nationalism and religious "teachings" against Trump's opponents. It was all, so over the top, unsupported by fact, that the man literally was speaking in word-salad/contradictions/hypocrisy - very much like Trump; and like always - riddled with only vague details. He did consider Democrats (which he equates to communists), as if it was a form of cancer upon this planet - not just our nation. He little up to imagination of their punishments; but provided little to no detail on why communism was bad... or what crimes (if any) had been committed. His speech, much like Trump's, involved "the weave™" - which is to say: not at all cognizant, tangential and unsubstantiated in nature (including the teachings of Jesus; if anything - he was engaged in blasphemy, by weaponizing religion and using Jesus' teachings as a pawn-piece, of sorts). Moreover - I'd just like to take a moment to point out: what ever happened to the separation between church and state? Because under the MAGA-death-cult, they seem hellbent to inflict suffering and engage in sadistic (almost near erotic) pleasure, at letting their imagination run amok, play judge/jury/executioner and holier-than-thou, in the 1001 ways from sundown. Likewise, it would be important to point out that whilst his words and actions/intent were completely divorced from one another - very clearly and simultaneously, at the same time - him along with this cult, feel completely satisfied with remaining completely blind/mum and/or complicit to hearing their words/intent, not match their actual actions. Therefore, suffice to say, there were several instances that rather cringe-fully (along with RFK), were accusing Democrats of the very sins they were actively committing and projecting onto their opponents. While this is certainly, nothing new - it's a bad look, given the MAGA coalition has fractured and now... over a decade later - some members are waking up from their trance and realizing that Trump and MAGA are completely full of BS - and that they have been conned. Now, what however, is surprising - is Trump during his 1st term, stated in plain English - his plan to abuse his power and the system (I could shoot one of my supporters on 5th avenue and not go to jail), combined with "I love the poorly educated" (when it comes to his supporters). Trump is clearly furthering that effort with gutting the the Board of Education, disproportionately providing funding for private schools/programs, and attempting to transition the standards of course-work (that have remained and evolved slowly over time, within the K-12)... into purely one of creationism/blind patriotism and overall - just a bastardization of education and lack of science. They don't want the future to discern rationally and scientifically; no, they want them emotional, not too smart, and dependent upon a broken system - of their own making. Because dictators hate it when people point out the obvious lies, see through and expose their BS, or ask the substantiative questions - without taking the bait. That is also why, they profoundly hate James Talerico - because he asks the questions, doesn't take the bait, hits more moderate that devoutly liberal, and sounds completely coherent/sane (at a time in history where the overwhelm/minutia/paranoia and fear run rampant and the doom-scroll on social media, and lack of empowerment - is exactly what the powers that be want - for the majority to feel helpless/hopeless/disenfranchised and feeling alone - as if their own voice/intuition/honest truth or undercurrent - doesn't matter; trivialization of the truth, and adoption of a nihilistic/defeatist perspective, given the antireality (and up-side-down and fake version of reality we live in, under Trumpism).

All of this - is to say - the final months of this 2 year term, for Republicans, has devolved into absolute floundering and flailing. Yesterday, Trump went on "a weave" rant, whereby a lot of deranged comments were made. However, worst of them all - was Trump bribing Republican supporters with $5000 (the same $5000 that was deferred already twice: (1) $5000 stipend if you have a child (given the extraordinarily low birthrates within the US); and (2) between DOGE and tariffs (purportedly at $18T) - they will now write a check for $5000 - after the mid-terms and only if Republicans take both the House and the Senate.

Simultaneous to all of this, on this second night - in Dallas Texas, apparently "Grindr" (the same-sex dating app, was yet again down - similar to previous Republican meet ups; coincidence or not... a pattern has emerged). Also, simultaneously to this we have MAGA Mike Johnson who has recessed the House for the remainder of the term and will be closed down until and beyond election day. Why? I see the reasons being two-fold: (1) they want to prevent a House floor vote, where a discharge petition by Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna was going to demand a secondary release/dump of the Epstein files (simultaneous to an active investigation into Epstein's Zorro Ranch and the deaths of several girls in an apparent sexual-fetish/snuff fantasy that ended their lives and presumably are buried somewhere on the property); and (2) in the lead-up to the elections, as this USPS/SCOTUS/voting rights debacle and the purported "widespread fraud" and subverting the will of the People - they want both the distance and not be forced to call onto the House floor a discharge petition to shutdown their attempts to: lie/rig/cheat/steal their way into a manufactured win.

The real truth is beginning in Jan of 2026, we've seen mass imperialistic policies out of the White House (including an illegal and unsanctioned war, that has continually bypassed congress - just like spending and EOs - time and time again, immemorial). Additionally, between the "The One Big Beautiful Lie Bill" (which stripped away entitlements from payed into programs/taxed Americans, the DOGE cuts of preventing "widespread waste/fraud/abuse"... as fiscal hawks: nevertheless, our country finds itself in an untenable and ballooning deficit.

All the while, Trump is too busy distracting/detracting, defrauding the US taxpayers with the $1.8B slush-fund for J6 insurrectionists, conflating perpetrators for victims and victims with perpetrators with the release of unredacted Epstein victims (and perpetrators putting in anonymous requests to have their details be listed as "victims"; which is very similar to the stories being told about Zorro Ranch and Epsteins purported drugging of men, and extraction of semen - again, purportedly against their will (honestly, starting to sound like more of running roughshod - as the cover-story, when the independent New Mexico state-wide investigations have demonstrated that undocumented/realized foul-play at the Zorro Ranch and providing some explanation for where - at least two young women victims may have been victimized and gone missing in an apparent sex-fetish/snuff/homicide - which is actively being investigated).

Again, all of this is to say, that this second night presentation - was more of the same gaslighting, projection, DARVO, and where every act is a form of self-admission with these people; and where they will do whatever is necessary to win. We've already seen a corrupt SCOTUS prove itself to be corrupt, given them dropping all cases and coming to Trump's aid; let alone them teeing the Trump-regime and Project 2025 up - for what otherwise appears to be a "fool proof" way of winning these mid-terms. Of course, it always involves subverting the will of the people, mid-decade redistricting, shutting down 92 election polling locations, limiting who can vote (from a list that was likely generated from the DOGE exfiltration of IRS information, blackmailed/extorted from the states, and the one that will soon be built by USPS - presuming they capitulate to the demand); along with having J6/ICE/military/weaponized-DOJ (non-independent) descending upon polling places - while reducing polling hours at polling locations.

That's of course, in totality, all to say - they are doing anything/everything they can to win. Trump has already promised blanket pardons to anyone operating within 200 feet of his White House, Trump has been essentially given absolute immunity for any and all actions - and subsequently that unchecked power has been overtly flexed during his second term; as MAGA Mike Johnson put it best: "If - God forbid, the Republicans lose in the upcoming mid-terms election: the Democrats will investigate Trump, his family, his allies, and over half of the people in this room. Don't worry, I run a protection program." And second, the other honest statement was from Trump "I really don't think I'm going to make it to heaven... God - I just wanted to have a little bit of [sadistic] fun." I naturally presume that Trump's vice/secret he alluded to the other night - is the joy he gets when he sees others suffer.

It's time that we unite our voices, unify as the majority and community, and re-establish the truth and reclaim the narrative. This is especially critical up to, and following the mid-terms - because you already know what happened last time Trump got desperate (and back then, there were guard-rails): and that was the events of January 6th. Given Trump and the top 1%'s overt corruption - with out a doubt - they are going to lie, cheat, steal, or subvert the will of the people - through all and means possible. Furthermore, I believe Bannon said it best when he said "flood the zone with shit." Newt Gingrich back then looked like an idiot... but only 15-20 years later - he must look like an absolute genius, next to/along side Reagan and Reaganomics.

I personally, am all for it. What we're dealing with right now, is akin to what would have happened with digital music (and mp3s) - save for/hadn't been for certain key individuals and judges that ensured music purchasing was its own form of ownership and therefore a right.

Instead of there being landmark cases (similar to the ones we saw with mp3s), video game publishers and console-makers - one after another - went the way of Adobe and SaaS software development firms: with the perpetual temporary/revokable ability to download/access the games using digital storefronts. The publishers continually make false claims that:

• Fans have been asking for this
• Fans' concerns over losing access to ownership of digital games and perpetual future access (via standalone discs) and ensuring video game preservation are "overblown"
• Some publishers/console-makers claim that moving to digital-only simplifies their processes and keeps costs down (and yet we actually see the opposite, with prices increasing - even amid these cuts)
• Is yet another example of how unchecked (unregulated) capitalism favors profits and businesses' rights over consumers' "rights"
• All decisions made have been unilateral. And from my memory, it began with Nitnendo's release of the Switch 2 console: which introduced physical game cards containing only the license key to download from the Nintendo e-Shop. Other console manufacturers followed suite; but since Nintendo uniquely uses cartridges: Microsoft and Sony are not providing BR-DVDs that contain license keys, alone; moreover, manufacturing costs on disc media is notoriously inexpensive, compared to ROM-based cartridges. Rather disingenuously, following fans' backlash to these moves and gaslighting of the corporate interests and removing perpetual licensee access (hence some level of ownership and ability to archive their game library and play it offline - or without storefront (when these storefronts often go offline and invariably sunsetted 7-10 years following the lifetime of a console): Nintendo claimed unlike Sony and Microsoft, they will keep producing the game cartridges in perpetuity. However, the problem and blatant lie/lack of truth behind this statement is of course obvious: first - they set this industry standard of moving away from physical media (and level of ownership); and second - none of the Switch 2 game cartridges contain the full-standalone game.
• These goals/approach/philosophies are bery much in line with what has been echoed by the top 1% of the top 1% for the past several years: "you will own nothing and be happy." Yet, the fans have a very different and opposite story to tell; and find it all the more troubling that with the difficulty (and ever-increasing cost) of living - they now find difficulty in enjoying the escape that video games has previously provided them - when lack of video game ownership/preservation - is an aspect that stares them straight in the face.
• We've seen similar unilateral moves and decision-making having been made the past several years in the lead up to this decision, with PSN Online and X-Box Season Passes (and now Nintendo Switch Online): with not only implementing multiple tiers and increasing cost (while decreasing value), but additionally - in some/many instances - essentially tying ability to play behind a perpetual monthly pay-wall. This is the classic "bait-and-switch tactic" (one I suspected that was coming for years): when subscribers were receiving easily over $200 of value for only $15-$20 per month. Of course the goal was to hook people onto their online platforms, for them to obtain widespread adoption, then to transition all games over to "subscription only" (and likely, eventually - "stream-only" play).

From my point of view, they are screwing their best clients and life-long fans and putting profits over fans (and consumers). It renders a bad taste not only in the mouth of gamers, but consumers alike. Everything is literally becoming a subscription; yet even some subscriptions - like Amazon Prime - have transitioned to monthly/yearly subscription, and have since then added advertisements on top of those immense costs (requiring additional fees to remove the subscriptions). These marketing practices are inherently exploitative in nature. Similarly, Duolingo used to have free and Duo Plus plans... only later to introduce Max plans (which when you combine with the lack of grandfathering early adopters into receiving the premium plans automatically, while supporting a freemium model - demonstrates little to no thanks - instead, only more and more entitlement).

As citizens and consumers, it's time we fight back against the lobbying and corporate interests. Behinds, the capitalistic model that operates out of regulation that forces laissez-faire/competitive economics (not the current version that ignores antitrust and monopolies): is only a market of exploitation. Besides, the corporate model cannot persists and remain sustainable/viable forever - when it requires the investors earn year-after-year, quarter-after-quarter: record-breaking profits, above all else. It has noticeably hurt the art form and gamers are some of the most unforgiving and the most exposing of such practices (just look at Robin' Hood and GameStop) - relentless: and I'm all for it. As Americans and consumers - we're the majority and we must hit them where it hurts the most - their pocket books. However, it likewise requires that we stand up, use our voice, and refuse their gaslighting and projection shenanigans and continually call them out on any/all abuses and boycott where necessary; this is beyond principal - it sends a message of influence and what kind of world we want to live in.

I will mention that I am extremely disappointed that the final installment to the Final Fantasy VII Remake trilology: Final Fantasy VII: Revelations, will - in fact - not be offered as a physical release; even though the digital-only policy was set to go into effect starting in 2028 for Sony's PS5. This was confirmed to be the case when Final Fantasy VII creator and veteran (been around since OG), Naoki Hamaguchi, tried personally appealing to Sony to ensure Revelation received a physical release - like its 2 (3 if counting Reunion) predecessor physical releases.

Lastly, I will mention that we were headed down this road of "watered down" game art and substandard triple A (AAA) release titles, when we saw what transpired in 2015 with the release of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (TPP) - when game development took nearly a decade (for the art, for the fans) and as a result, Konami ousted their then Vice President, Hideo Kojima - because he refused to go the way of sub-standard game art and the push towards commoditization of micro-transactions via gatcha games. Following its release, later that year - not only was he fired, but when MGV: TPP won game of the year in 2015 - Konami forbid he be present at the 2015 Games Awards to accept the trophy prize; instead, voice actor Keifer Sudderland (who replaced the infamous/coveted David Hayter) who took on the role of Solid Snake, received the trophy in Hideo's place - in lieu of him being present. Instead of this spelling the end for Hideo Kojima, he later worked with Sony and the developers of Horizon Zero Dawn (adopting their game engine) for the purposes of producing Death Stranding. Of course, it seems obvious to say between both series' ability to foretell the future, that Hideo Kojima cared much about the art form of video game creation and certainly creating surprise, delight and occasionally rage (frustration) with fans - but all the same, it was art.

The Trump-Regime orders preservation of 2024 election records in 30 jurisdictions... while trying to con the USPS to both disenfranchise voters this round, get them to enter/bar code all voter data into their portal, as well as subvert the election through all means possible.

Since their earlier gambits involved attempting to coerce/exploit states, into willfully handing over voter data; only 4/5 states have fully complied. Additionally they have yet again - via weaponized Trump-DOJ - attempted to gain unauthorized access to voting machines (similar to Tina Peter's actions, except this time in Cheyenne WY and was subsequently denied).

Of course it also doesn't help that Trump was successful in getting the legacy media to largely accessorize and capitulate when it comes to becoming the "fake news" he always branded them as; as well as forever-Trumper Republicans and other major businesses buying up wholesale the legacy media local stations across many states, and the wholesale buy-out of digital/electronic voting systems companies. For example, take for instance Liberty Vote (formerly Dominion Voting Systems).

• Continually has leveraged the USPS (just like the DOJ, which is supposed to be independent) to perform his dirty-work, by bypassing state's autonomy to conduct elections how they independently see fit - as well as attempted to force states to pass over their voter rolls (in the case of Minnesota - going far enough to blackmail that state - saying that ICE would stop terrorizing their state if they handed over voter rolls; attempted get Moduro into falsely admitting Venezuela interfered in the 2020 elections - upon his seizure/kidnapping and forceful capture (of a sovereign leader and applying the US's law to a sovereign leader); last election cycle blackmailed Zelensky and gaslit Raffensperger to find "~12K 'missing' votes - the amount we need plus one"; installing Louis DeJoy as postmaster general to slow down the USPS mail (by the sudden and forceful decommissioning of multi-million dollar sorting equipment and diverting mail to condensed and far away hubs - even for local mail); Trump continually claiming "massive fraud" and providing little to no evidence to back those claims up (often making those claims, even before a single vote has ever been cast); Trump DARVO'ing and "ever accusation is a form of self-admission" approach to accusing his enemies of lie/cheating/stealing their way to victory (whilst simultaneously engaging in these acts - time and time again); and let us also not forget Trump (along with pressuring SCOTUS and USPS) is claiming wide-spread voting by mail fraud (unfounded; and votes take weeks to count - that's normal - it doesn't point to fraud); and the Republicans playing complicit accessory to implementing USPS (even when Federal judges have rejected the motion of stay - to disenfranchise voters); having ICE descend upon polling places - as a manner of voter intimidation; closure of many election sites (and with reduced hours; with voters likely arriving to the wrong polling location per district); his attempts to force passage of the SAVE Act (requiring those already registered to vote and records with the DMV - needing to forcefully prove, at time of voting at polling locations - to prove their citizenship by requiring both original birth certificate and even a US Passport - many Americans of which don't have and cannot afford in this economy); disenfranchising voters - especially women - whose USPS or under SAVE Act - have had their last names changed - as part of their marriages; and let us not forget - instructing the USPS to deliver ballots in batches of 10,000 - and if a single issue is present on any single ballot (including a bent corner, or mismatch of last name): instructed to completely toss out the entirety of the batch of 10,000.

These repeat patterned abuses, pre-textual and subtextual abuses and acts of emotional and domestic terrorism - only serve to demonstrate: there's only one reality (the antireality) that Trump accepts - and that's if he wins/Republicans win these mid-terms. Anything short of that, he is going to claim is widespread fraud (not what it truly is - a failure of leadership and Americans who's needs remain unmet during these challenging financial and socially insane times). No doubt, he has kept the Iran War - on the back burner - because worst case scenario... he'll launch us into WWIII or declare a national emergency. What's even more overt and obvious, however, is his construction of the ballroom (in which he attempted to cover the actual reason - because the basement will serve as a hospital, nerve center, bunker and drone port) - so if required - he will lock himself in there and refuse to leave. I also wouldn't put it past him, if he declares Martial Law, or starts instructing his cult-mob to attack Democrats... as his rhetoric continues to heat up (and yet, continually projects onto his enemies - that their rhetoric is what's heated).

These stupid and sick mind-games... at some point, must stop. What's scary is that Trump has stated unequivocally to "treat him like he's on the ballots" and to vote accordingly. He has continually fear-mongered that "pretty soon, you won't have a country - if you vote for the "extremist Left lunatic punks" - and yet... his gaslighting is proving to even his most staunch of supporters - that his actions over the course of the past year, are all of the things he accuses his opponents of. We're sitting in one of the worst job economies, under one of the worst affordability crises of our modern time (even the great depression wasn't this expensive - to offer you an idea), and as he unilaterally engages as a dictator/king/fascist that he is - time and time again (all self-inflicted), while attempting to pass himself off as the bully-victim that he is.

Between this affordability crisis, Americans being at their absolute breaking point (and 47% of mortgages having gone into foreclosure in the past 18 months), and the prices and conditions not lying - as he bankrupts the country in illegal war engagement after illegal war engagement - while committing war crimes and branding the international criminal court's actions/sanctions as "illegal" - we're surely in need of some sanity, accountability, and for him and his enablers to finally pay the price for their actions. We the people must use our voice to demand such accountability - presuming Democrats are provided the chance they are given, to right the wrongs of the past - and reform this absolutely corrupt SCOTUS.

Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is in full display here. Not only that, but what is up the sycophantic acts from Trump towards Iran?

The answer: they are unwilling to play his games. Translation: $300B being forked over to Iran, Iran is allowed to produce nuclear weapons; and it almost seems to have l'air that they have kompromat (compromising material) on Trump and there is little to nothing he can do about it. In typical fashion, he spoke about how beautiful the leader of Iran was; how he wanted to kiss the leader of Egypt and other truly deranged things that are akin to him bragging about Arnold Palmer being well-endowed - in terms of family jewels.

For me - personally, I think this is the worst I have ever seen him. At times, he wasn't making sense. The guy is likely suffering from Frontotemporal dementia (FTD) Dementia (it's been obvious with the arch and the way he stands); to which I say "good" FDT.

When Trump/MAGA/GOP continually move the Overton Window: it's important we bring it back, call it for what this event was - deeply embarrassing for America. As Americans, we'll be paying the price for decades to come (including the likely $300B+ that America will be shelling out for the damages caused to the country and freeing of sanctions; not even including the fact they are entirely unwilling - per usua - to release the agreement with Trump saying "no one knows what's in the agreement"). Per that latter point, we recognize that Trump often represents "we" (as a country) to mean, him; claims of Jesus not being able to do a better job that DJT, and a bunch of other crazy BS.

The point is, we must keep our eyes focused on the prize - the upcoming mid-terms and to not get distracted. More to come in terms of the breakdown and reporting associated with choreographing and priming, in the lead-up to the 2026 mid-terms; suffice to say, they hold every arm of government (including a deeply weaponized DOJ) and assuredly: they are not playing by the rules. For a bit of good news - though a bit too late - it seems some MAGA influencers are waking up to the reality of what's really going on and DJT not fulfilling his campaign promises. And it literally took Tucker Carlson 10 years to recognize that Trump is a dishonest POS, with his observations that:

• Trump didn't place his hand on the bible (during his 2025 inauguration and start of his second term
• Trump, with the supposed Butler Pennsylvania shooting (which I'm going to call it out for what it really was, a false-flag and PSY-OP): Trump's ear miraculously healed in less than a day (likely because he wasn't at all shot, but pulled a classic/typical WWE under-the-stage razor-blade-ear-knick. He also recognized that it was suspicious that the media were pushed and positioned into place by the secret service to get the ideal "fight fight fight" hand-pumping, with the American flag being lowered by the crane. I made all of the same observations, but once more: Trump never wanted to speak of it again; the crime scene was immediately sanitized along with Crook's body being cremated; and we were offered a full explanation of the shooter (who he was, his motivations, etc.) way too quickly to be an actual investigation (but rather an engineered PSYOP; especially them mentioning that they were certain he was a lone-gunman).
• And lastly, aside from no further follow-up investigation and Trump stating it was too-painful to speak/revisit the events of that day, he decided to have that picture framed and placed in the WH (where he may admire it daily, as the narcissistic adonis that he is). The little of the Crooks/Butler files that were released of that day, just like the Epstein files - is fully redacted (unless there is an active/ongoing investigation, there is absolutely no justification for doing so; they know it, we know it, and yet they continue to white-wash/gaslight/project and weaponize/attack anytime anyone calls for accountability/transparency/the truth. His site: truthsocial.com is such an antithesis to its namesake; and we must remind ourselves that the treasonous sins he committed on Jan 6th was serious enough, that back then in Jan of 2021: YouTube, Meta (aka. Facebook) and Twitter decided fully to censor/ban him from those platforms. In other words, back then, at least we had a legacy media/society that held him at least to some account; but given Trump/Bannon/Miller/Thiel's gambit of "flooding the zone" in the news.

It's important that we avoid becoming complacent/complicit when it comes to the sheer minutia and associated overwhelm created by the 24/7 news cycle, and the lack of news curation
• Certainly no real platform is taking the time to line everything up, connect the dots, read between the lines, elucidate truth, and form a coalition of curation/research/analysis by the people, for the people - with no special interest and carrying that commitment through and seeing these topics to their finality. Naturally, that includes implementing user choice, in terms of configuring their own individual algorithm with the feed, following trusted kontributors, making sense of the chaos, and not letting the engineered "TikTok age" we live in (of short form media with matching attention-spans), get in the way (or serve as a replacement) for much-needed human-connection. We recognize we live in this amazing digital age; and while social-media was intended to "connect people" and be well, "social": it's become increasingly clear these platforms possess too much of a loyalty to maintaining the status quo, filtering/censoring out trust/truth, and always aiming for a north start of "engagement", as measured by attention, virility, polarization, divisiveness, and conflict. That's not at all the case here. We always value substance over form/performance and we don't hold any hidden loyalties to big business/sponsorships - as that would be a means of wittingly/unwittingly incorporating un unfavorable bias; and we refuse to do so.
• Our loyalty is to the truth, integrity, community/shared voice, accountability/justice, and building an undeniable coalition of individuals that will stop at nothing to ensure: the truth is brought to light, that we won't forget and give into gaslighting/intimidation, and longitudinally - "we, the People" are offered the full longitudinal context, refocus, and to not give in to the bait/justifications/false-narratives/nor the misanthropic and and socially-engineered means to keep us divided and confused. That's why this site is called "the underkurrent" (aka. the undercurrent).

It's also important that Democrats work on their messaging and adopt an enduring narrative that doesn't beat-around-the-bush, but instead exposes Trump/MAGA/GOP for who/what these monsters are. They are the ultra wealthy, deeply unhealed, hellbent on controlling the populace and extracting as much wealth as possible - while gaslighting society and crafting a two-tiered justice system: where the rules apply to us, but not to them. This includes unequal application of the law, blatant disregard for the constitution/upholding the law of the land/equality/inalienable human rights. Instead, they literally pervert the truth and conflate meaning (either literally, or sub-textually). We see it with them spending all of their time "preying" [on others], rather than "praying" [for others]. Most of them weaponize religion, while intentionally misapplying the parables and life of Jesus as the justification for their actions; yet, they are simultaneously not able to name a single bible verse on their own. Likewise, they value "profits" over "prophets".

The bottom-line is, this "new normal" is not normal; as they seen to invalidate the way Americans (and the rest of the world): feel the way they do and the permeating undercurrent that tangentially, lies below the surface. We must spend more time - connecting with others, seeking opportunities to find our tribe of people, and to not give into the fear/paranoia/division that they insatiably desire to keep us stuck in a perpetual narcissistic loop of their own making; as they transform America into a third-world country. It's hard imagining our country can ever come back from this, or that democracy (lowercase d), will eve be the same - given democracy relies on freedom of speech, a free/open press (not just one that caters to this Trump regime); and acting truthfully/transparently and acting dignified/honorably when exercising their positions of power. Instead, we have an out of control Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) that actively chooses to lean heavily Right extremist and continually capitulate to Trump and his dastardly administration with absolute immunity for presidential acts, willingly and woefully ignoring responsibilities relegated solely to congress (spending, going to war), and now supporting entire gutting of the American Voting Rights Act; whereby they knowingly are allowing Gerrymandering for red states, with unprecedented and illegal mid-decade redistricting - doing so without the consent of the public, and then turning back around and preventing blue states from enacting similar under the will of the people. Make no mistake about it, this is an assault on free/fair democracy and since Trump has been given absolute immunity and already handed out thousands of pardons, "vindicated" the J6 "hostages" (aka perpetrators, insurrectionists, felons), and now literally running any/all gambit/stratagems imaginable, to suppress the vote by all means necessary, while Gerrymandering, and I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that they will prime/choreograph/message/pre-text (before a single vote is even cast) about there being "endless corruption" and that we cannot trust the results of this election. I also feel that Trump is likely to keep the Iran simmering, so that way he can use Iran/WWIII to declare national emergency and to cancel the mid-terms. After all, we must remind ourselves, those currently in power - that hold absolute power and control right now, constantly blame democrats, 1.5 years into their charade/debacle of bad choice after bad choice, miscalculation after miscalculation, felony after felony... that they recognize (much like the GOP congressional in Tennessee that said it best, when he said: we cannot let Democrats win the mid-terms, otherwise we'll be held accountable [paraphrasing]). Since the start of this administration, there's absolutely no doubt, they are going to evade accountability by all means possible, by manipulating the markets, and sit back as Americans suffer/die/grow ill from the stress, lack of healthcare, gas prices, and affordability crisis. And guess what? They do so gleefully because the intend to make their misery, our misery. Now that Elon has hit $1T in net worth, will he be happy, quit, and become a philanthropist? Hell no. Sorry to be cruel, but honestly I don't feel the least bit sorry for them... not one fucking iota. If anyone knows about power structures, they know that wealth and power likes to operate from its own unique position and set of rules. I'd like to likewise remind everyone that we have a criminal boss, running the US government like a rogue criminal enterprise and like a mob boss, which continually entrains enemies on anyone that questions his Kingmanship.

I'd like to end with: do we live in safer and more just world, a more authentic and empowered world - than the one we lived in over a decade ago? Or, has a president acted unilaterally, time and time again, immemorial and people are convinced the old way of self-governance and living is no longer possible? At the same time, since we're all just people (some actually more verifiably virtuous than others), that means the majority actually possesses the ability to dominate the conversation in ways that money cannot buy - but people remain voiceless, and a platform hasn't existed, until now.

However, per the latter, by then it may be too late... just like it was for a subset of MAGA that "woke" from their entranced comas to wonder why the world is now such an awful, vicious, place. It's something they embodied, must atone for, but perhaps they can more fully recognize now that "woke" culture was not about elitism - it's about how we choose to be as a species: do we choose to degrade others, dig our boots into the neck of others - to make the deeply flawed and insecure white American class of whitewashers - somehow more comfortable? Or do we recognize the worst that can happen to the least - happens to everyone and there are truly no loyalties with such dark forces in the world? We need to work together to seek to expose it; there's power and influence in numbers. There is no really good reason why we're living divided and isolated from one another, and this ultimately leading to loss of community, culture, and eventually country. It's all senseless brainrot, believed out of fear, and disempowerment.
