Link ShareRegime Imposed Voting Restrictions and Unfounded Claims will Continue to Challenge Constitutional Law and Seek to Disenfranchise Voters

While some relief can be felt and immediately sensed, following SCOTUS’ 7-2 ruling: prohibiting efforts to implement and enforce federal voter rolls, the battle for democracy and soul of free and fair elections and living within a society that values the self-governance (a government by and for the freedom) and self-ascribed freedoms and rights, enshrined within the constitution - is far from over.

For these 2026-midterms, I now expect the gambit and stratagems will now shift priority over to other means to disenfranchise voters:

• Target and threaten state election officials - failure to adhere to their established “voter lists” and if even one illegal/illegitimate vote is cast, they will be federally prosecuted. While chances are that no single elections official - within their respective state - has any wayward/outward priority to cheat, or provide any undue influence - this regime’s goals are functionally the same (even if they way they go about enforcing it relies on an after-the-fact mechanism - rather than proactive mechanisms when having challenged issuance and delivery of ballots via USPS undermining elections integrity, trust and voting fairness).
• I likewise, do expect, that Trump/regime/allies/supporters/sycophants, and the-powers-that-be, that are continually seeking to co-op efforts, weaponize independent governing bodies, and deny individual states their autonomy and self-agency of statehood with permitting the time, place and means in which voting takes place: that without a doubt, we are going to see surgically engineered attacks to delegitimize the process, engineer claims of widespread voter fraud on polling places, mid Nov 3rd voting day.
• We’ve already seen the efforts made to engage in: unprecedented mid-decade redistricting (outside of once per decade’s national census); unfounded claims in blue stronghold districts, districts that have flipped blue in these run-off elections, and strategic efforts to vie for dominance (Trump forcing an oath to “cheat like hell” - at all costs); ongoing efforts to declare a national emergency and cancel the current and future elections (presumably why Iran has remained on the table, for later existential use, or to permit negative global sentiment of the USA’s unprovoked and aggressive imperialistic might, fester - and potentially culminate into an existential global crisis (whether that be an oil/energy crisis, destabilizing of the global economy/destabilizing geopolitical tensions and ramping up unprovoked/unwarranted “excursions”, or even the threats posed by potentially weaponization of AI, and or drones/bioweapons).
• Trump potentially demanding all vote casting/counting cease, amid Nov 3rd Election Day. Claims of en-masse and “rampant and wide-spread voting fraud”, ramping/ratcheting-up up corruption/lies of Democrats and instructing his J6 mob and loyalists to engage in acts of domestic/emotional-terrorism and abuse. I expect on Election Day the usual past gambits of false/engineered bomb threats, existential threats being called into voting strongholds, potentially engineered violence and/or “fraud” - with zero evidence to back up these claims. This weaponized-DOJ calling for 1,000 election monitors (just you wait where they show up, it won’t be to Democratic and Republican strongholds alike - but likely disproportionately target Democrat/flipped districts.
• By the same token, I expect that continued and ongoing efforts will be made to interfere with the delivery and pickup of ballots, whether this be by: delivery of mail-in-ballots to voters (clandestinely), USPS picking up filled out ballots for delivery to vote counting locations, or even seizure of ballots from the ballot boxes - or amid en route to vote counting locations.
• Following their loss, to explore suing individual states, in attempts to invalidate the votes and intimidation of elections officials, unless they bend to their demands for an engineered results. This may include efforts to blackmail and gaslight outcomes, similar to the now infamous Raffensperger/Zelenskyy phone calls.
• Efforts to challenge the results of these 2026-midterms, and appeal and escalate to SCOTUS to intervene and undermine results.
• Potential abuse of power, declaring of other national emergencies, and declaration of Martial Law - on day of election day, Nov 3rd 2026. Again, efforts to create an existential crisis and events that compete for the public’s attention.
• A timely resurfacing of the weaponized-SOJ’s efforts to seize the 2020 elections ballots. 4/5 states already capitulated and complied (and expect that additional southern state belt of red states, have already complied; as they were already on board to engage in illegal and unprecedented gerrymandering). Trump and his enablers will then claim that mass fraud was found in the 2020 ballots, even though the chain-of-custody had been breached through their own weaponization. Nevertheless, would then argue similar is currently unfolding.
• Of course, I expect Trump to claim that China had interfered in our elections, spanning back to 2016 (potentially even implicating our allies): with an overall refusal to ever pin such accusations (founded, or unfounded) on Russia.
• Then of course the Jan 3rd gambit and MAGA Mike Johnson’s refusal to allow the swearing in of newly elected and ready-to-serve constituent Democrats.

Then of course, in 2028:

• I would expect to see that Vance (unlike Pence) would be willing to refuse to certify a newly elected Democratic president. This this brings us entirely full-circle, back to the events of Jan 6th 2021 - except this time without guard-railsm.
