While the supreme court has always branded itself as a non-partisan, apological branch of government - nothing could be further from the truth, over the course of the past two years.

We have seen partisan decision after partisan decision land, that favors the Right-leaning super majority, including:

1. Abortion rights
2. Presidential immunity
3. Permitting implementation of Trump's federalized voter rolls and SAVE Act - which failed to pass in congress.

Even still, the Trump-regime has specifically pushed back, ignored, and gaslit on the ruling of SCOTUS; notably on the matters of Kilmar Armando Ábrego García's overnight/in-the-cloak-of-darkness deportation, among a few others.

Additionally, there have been plenty of cases they have entirely ignored, such as the case of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, the Tear-Down of the East Wing, and the Trump-regime sinking ICE on blue states - among many others.

Democrats have largely remained mum - for the longest time, on the topic and merits of expanding the federal court - out of fear of pushing away voters. However, adopting that same stance of "softening" on the topic of the boarder when it came to the 2024 Presidential Elections proved disastrous and perhaps alienated some voters in the 2024 election cycle.

Here's the thing: we all should be about honoring the constitution, the law and equal application of it, and stop ignoring the glaring elephant in the room. None of what we've seen transpire in the past 11-12 years has been normal - as far as Trumpism is concerned. Furthermore, many Americans want our country to return to a state of normalcy (to its previous state), while ensuring that government is by and for the people and serves the majority's best interests - not just the ultra-wealthy.

If Democrats happen to win the 2026-midterms and then go on to win the 2028 Presidential Elections (and yes... expect Trump's denial and pushback on both), then "we the People" expect for our leaders to fight for what's right, and for our rights, freedoms, and restore justice, truth, and dignity to its people and truly restore a sense of embodied leadership through the world. Don't get me wrong, much damage has been done and there are consequences and penance due for Trump, his allies, sycophants, and anyone that has enabled for this rogue and corrupt president to running his illegal grift, anti-democratic operation, and especially the continual capitulation to Russia.

We all recall: following the 2016 elections, that our DOJ, our FBI, our CIA had independently investigated that Russia had interfered in our sovereign elections process; and yet - here was Trump on national TV saying: "Russia, if you're listening...". This is not okay and should be punished.

Moreover, there should be a widespread effort to follow the money, investigate: Trump, his allies (who financially benefitted off these abysmal economic times), Epstein, the Russia-Trump connection (undeniable), Elon's connections to Russia, investigate the enablers, SCOTUS, and retract the personhood provided by the Citizens United SCOTUS decision. The latter is truly as bastardization and oxymoron of a name, considering it wasn't about personhood of citizens, but instead about instilling personhood into the corporate world - which not only gave it a voice, but a megaphone proportional to its spending. It was the same gamification of the system that allowed Trump to win in 2016, and 2024. It's also the voice that bypasses the will of the People and setting the agenda based on monetary and corporate policies - as they relate to government. What also needs to happen is massive taxation on the ultra-wealthy and shift the burden away from those who can barely afford to survive, as well as eliminate the tariffs and do not refund the recuperated funds to the corporations - but to "we the People".

I think many Americans are sick of our lives being toyed with, acting like our lives, survival and ability to make ends meet be constantly be trivialized. Likewise, we as a people need to come together, form a community, a platform, and a shared and indelible and undeniable voice and coalition that says "no... not on our watch".

Listen, I know it feels like none of our influence and voice matters, among the endless sea of voices out there. However, it truly does matter and does have the ability to shape public, social, societal and political discourse. This is not a Left vs. Right issue... this is a Top vs. Bottom issue. The wealth disparity in this country, has only perpetually widened. Simultaneous to this, over the course of this past decade, we've watched the national debt double from $20T to $40T; a vast majority of it originating from policies of the Right (the self-proclaimed fiscal-hawks, aka. war-hawks, kleptocrats, and technocrats) and the COVID-19 epidemic. Running in parallel to these disastrous policies that are bleeding our country dry, has been one of the greatest PSY-OPs in United States history (if not world history). As a people and concerned citizens, it's time that we put down the phones (stop the doom-scrolling and short-form media), form a platform and sit down and come up with solutions and expose the truth regarding the pretextual, subtextual, priming, choreographing abuses/gaslighting/projecting/subversion that has permeated our policies and put down our regrets of the past (or worries of the future) and live in the present moment and empower ourselves.

The 24/7 news cycle is entirely too fragmented, lacking curation; the same thing can be said for social media. Gone are the days that we could simply check up on our friends; our micro-worlds have been replaced with a macro-world - with too much information, too many voices, and too many distractions or excuses for why we're disempowered. But, here's the thing... we are powerful - especially when we've been left voiceless and without a platform. That shift starts now... it starts today. We can track the abuses, maintain the record, expose the contradictions, reclaim the hijacked narrative, and restore truth/trust/dignity/transparency to our self-governance model (while also reclaiming our self-governance model).

The Trumpism cult and disinformation machine has done everything in their power to disempower us, render us disaffected/apathetic/indifferent towards our political politick, by rendering the political environment: unreasonable (you can't fight rational reason with ideologues and the misinformed); deeply foreign influenced and influence by wealthy corporate interests (and no: breaking up the monopolies and implementing heavy regulation absolutely will not kill corporate America, but may displease the stakeholders - so what? This isn't free-capitalism and laissez-faire economics, that thrives on competition, innovation and rewarding good corporate policies); a congress that has hijacked our governance model (this means goodbye to the likes of MAGA Mike Johnson - who has held the House ransom and only served the interests of Donald Trump and Project 2025's envisioning of reinventing America); and eliminate the form of nihilism of our politics by holding individuals responsible accountable (I don't care if Elon Musk has all the money in the world to slip and slide his way out of danger; and a pardon should/cannot be all encompassing for past/future behavior).

The current state of survival in America (and across the world) - as we watch fascism rise from its ashes from 90 years ago - is not only unsustainable, it's also not an accident/incidental, nor the second turning. This has everything to do with bypassing consent, manipulation, control, extortion, slander, and weaponizing government against the very people who are intended to control it, and in which it was fashioned to protect it and its interests.

It's time for this madness to stop and recognize what is abnormal and unsustainable, vs. what is normal and sustainable practices. The same thing applies to the environment. The ultra-wealthy can convince us that them paying their fair-share wouldn't make a difference, or that implementing policy to protect the environment (and therefore the planet) will have zero effect; when in reality, it's a zero-sum game. Moreover, all the advancement and promises of technology and AI should be making all of us more prosperous and productive; not a way for companies to ignore their responsibilities and enrich themselves exponentially - at the cost of the majority.

The buck stops here.

It's the only way, beyond the pressure/squeeze placed on leadership, by "we the People".

Everything hinges on the answer to the question be "yes". I can't agree more. Otherwise this insanity will continue and enable someone worse in the future.

The timing of the Trump-regime's attempts to refashion the press room into a White House swimming pool, not only comes at a time of increasing scrutiny of this administration - but additionally raises concerns about transparency of this administration.

Given the ongoing gambits/stratagems employed/deployed by this administration/regime, it's becoming apparent that the real reason for suggesting the press briefing room be removed from the White House - is the sheer number of leaks of corruption.

The Trump-regime already discussed and floated the idea of forcing all staffers to sign an Non-Disclosure Agreement (or NDA), so they could tighten the lid and operate from more of a place of PR optics - rather than actual transparency and truth.

Additionally, this administration has demonstrated how much it is pro-Russia, interested in destabilizing the global order, running roughshod over social and political norms, and engaging in endless assaults on our democracy and constitution. Thus, it's of no surprise, that in the lead-up to these 2026-midterms - they are vacating the White House press briefing room, especially if they're engaging in similar actions to what we saw during Water Gate and is exposeed in the documentary movie, "Our Nixon". If you haven't checked it out yet, be sure to. You will find a lot of parallels and mounting pressure that was experienced back then, transpiring right now.

Moreover, Trump has ratcheted up pressure on Ukraine, following their successful attacks on the Russian disinformation machine, being peddled out of the Google of Russia, Yandex, and the four data centers that were hit - that lead to several days of disinformation/foreign-influence silence from the MAGA crowd. For Trump, it always comes down to optics - rather ironically, even though his approval rating and the current optics are at some of the lowest. But, perhaps that is why they decided to pull the trigger on kicking the media out. They, themselves, know that there is currently a mutiny transpiring between staffers, as pressures mount and Trump/his family/allies/MAGA Mike Johnson - recognize that if Trump loses and Democrats with the House (and especially if they win the House and Senate and obtain a super-majority in both congressional arms), that the investigations into corruption that will ensue will be so damaging, that they don't need to preface it with corruption leaks -- of all times as now.

Again... I truly hope that I am wrong... but at the same time, don't be surprised if they try to peddle the idea that Republicans maintain their super-majority, amid a public backlash and outcry for citizen's needs not being met. This is especially the case as Trump attempts to gaslight Americans into believing the exact opposite - that America has never been stronger, better off, or that his actions have shown the world to stop laughing. Rather not so ironically, however, Trump's actions have shown how weak, out of touch, and corrupt America has become that our allies can no longer trust us, with a frontotemporal dementia (FTD)patient at the helm and one who is ever-increasingly become out of touch with the needs of everyday Americans - and is instead too focused and obsessed with money, political push, power, and unilateral over-reach and enriching himself and his friends - to ever focus on the problems at home - rather than create new ones abroad.

For anyone that received a mail-in-ballot, I just wanted to let you know that - specifically for me - it took nine days for my ballot to be collected, signature verified and counted - before my ballot was counted.

Since Trump during his first administration had Louis DeJoy dismantle the postal service and dismantle multi-million dollar sorting machines and when combined with the impetus that the Trump-regime placed on the USPS to reject ballots (not that they will, since SCOTUS now made the enforcement optional and by state) -- this had lead to considerable delays with regular mail. To offer you some examples:

• For local mail: typically what would typically take only 1-2 days, now takes 4-7 days - for local mail, to receive it.
• For out of state mail: typically what would take 3-5 days, now takes closer to 9-14 days to receive mail.

If these trends are any indication, it means that if you mail your ballot back: expect for upwards of 7 days for elections officials to receive your ballot (if they receive it at all) and upwards of 7-14 days to have it counted. Many of these delays have been engineered by this regime, as on election day - I am certain that Trump will demand that election workers "stop the count", or be subjected to federal prosecution. Why would Trump use such a strategy? It's simple: Trump when he's ahead, on election day, would want the count to stop while he's ahead in the polls. This is equivalent to stopping a football game, mid-game, when one team is winning.

As it stands, the law should allow for your ballot to be counted, so long as it is post-marked by election day; however, with all of the controversy and pressure surrounding this regime, you're much safer getting your ballot in earlier - rather than later. If for whatever reason it's not counted, you can always request a provisional ballot -- but time is running out.

The risk of voting in person is multi-fold, but includes: polling locations may have election workers present that may deny your ability to vote (if you're of color, or other baseless reasons), and/or the DOJ election-watchers and/or ICE, military, retired police officers (dressed in garb) - may be placed there to deny your ability to vote. As it stands, if you go in person, do come prepared with ID and birth-certificate (even if it's not required): so there is absolutely no legitimate reason they can deny your vote (and your voice).

The clock is winding down with less than two weeks from elections day. With my aforementioned points, it should come as no surprise that elections officials won't have the final tallies and tabulations in place for several weeks following election day; this is normal. I don't doubt that Trump will use it as an excuse to claim our elections are ripe/rife with fraud - like he typically does (even makes these comments before a single ballot has been cast). Don't take the bait... they are distractions.

The other major concern I have, is just how many Republican/MAGA-aligned individuals have purchased these electronic voting companies. While there is no direct evidence they would engage in anti-democratic practices, it's concerning that they even express such an interest to buy up these companies. Ultimately, the rule of law and will of the people should be respected; but additionally, I believe Democrats need to start requesting independent recounts - unlike their failure to do so in the 2024 Presidential Elections - especially given the abhorrent results and trends in the data. It seems obvious to state this, but I will anyways: Republicans are all about voter suppression and fear-mongering; they also happen to be a party of big-business - which almost always runs antithetical to what they purportedly represent - yet, here we are.

And if Trump or his regime and captured DOJ tries any funny business, we the people need to speak up and use our voices to draw attention and investigation to the matter. In our world of ever-worsening attention-spans, an immediate and unrelenting national response to election subversion and corruption - must absolutely be investigated and pushes for accountability be fully exercised.

And regular contact with Vladimir Putin since late 2022. It's all starting to make sense. "Maybe I've gone too far." With what? With DOGE? "Trump wouldn't have won in 2024 without my help"?

While it technically affects red states, Democrats disproportionately vote by mail. Hence - it's the only gambit Republicans and MAGA have of winning... by cheating. Earlier today, a second - this time conservative judge - understood the threats to Democracy, disenfranchising of voters, as well as the inherent purpose of implementing such a fumbled policy last minute - and that's to disenfranchise voters. Moreover, he exposed that the Percel Doctrine actually applies here - but not in the way one would consider and that additionally, it's up to congress and congress alone, to force the USPS to implement such policies; it's technically illegal under a Trump EO.

They're losing and the know it.

Right now, the White House is in full-blown meltdown - as all attempts thus far to rig the midterms, has not been well received by voters - nor has the messages of projecting criminality onto the opposing side (while he and his regime constantly and rather relentlessly engage in criminal acts).

Trump has been on and off, threatening election workers in states. Specifically, this battle starts in California, where Trump's weaponized-DOJ, is actively threatening election workers with felon prosecutions and jail time for simply doing their part, counting the votes, and operating off states' election processes - and failing to capitulate to his demands to implement Trump's SAVE Act voter rolls. Additionally, this rogue DOJ under Blanche - have threatened to illegally and seize ballots (federally), to interfere with this process.

Once more, I see three additional possibilities:

• The 2020 seized ballots resurface and they make bold and outlandish claims that after an independent recount and a partisan recount (by CyberNinjas), that the 2020 election was rife with fraud. Of course they recognize being in a position of authority and having seized the evidence (and potentially tampered with it): there is no way of proving, nor any need to prove the merits of such a case - but hope, nonetheless, to use it as a way of justifying unilateral over-reaches - following the results of their losses of both the House and Senate - as a form of veto, to bypass elections processes.
• Trump is not done with Iran and I believe that's for a reason... if need be, he can: escalate tensions with Iran (and potentially other sovereign leaders across the world) to justify (at least in part) cancelling the midterms or "stop the count" (when the numbers are favorable for him on election day; while claiming "rampant fraud" - but yet again, confident he does not need to prove it). He has already in multiple speeches, encouraged his supporters to "cheat like hell... like they do", implying the need to vote multiple times, etc. We already know that multiple forces will be descending upon elections locations, strategically - especially in swing states.
• On the topic of swing states: Elon Musk has been caught, yet again, embroiled the controversy of his own making, by helping "X.com" users sign up to vote. Just like in the 2024 election, he setup a phishing version of vote.gov, to siphon off PII of those wishing to register, while not actually helping at all with them registering. Not only does this serve as voter suppression (with users believing they have registered to vote), but additionally by siphoning off the PII that could be potentially used for various nefarious purposes. Some purposes include: "see, we were able to easily obtain voter information and interfere... hence our elections are vulnerable" or they could try in more of an official capacity to interfere with duplicate registrations using this information, and the information that was exfiltrated from his involvement with citizen's IRS information from the DOGE incidences and/or Trump's corrupt DOJ attempts to seize voter rolls in several states (we recognize at least 4/5 attempts were successful; with Minnesota refusing during the ICE blackmailing event; but also additional states along the Red Belt that were willing to implement the SAVE Act - even though it did not pass congressionally).
• Declaration of Martial Law or engineering a national emergency or broader existential threat is not off the table. I wouldn't put it past them to engage in false-flag attacks to justify declaring martial law, nuking Iran, or starting other global conflicts. We have already seen Trump truly wanting to undo sanctions placed on Russia and attempts to support Russia since Zelensky was successful in his attempts to take the Russsian disinformation machine offline, with brining 4 (of the total 6) Russian Yandex data centers offline. Following this, nearly everyone on social media immediately noticed that the conflict and disinformation that was being peddled by these bot farms.... had transformed social media into a much nicer environment than it has been for the past decade. Coincidence? I think not... but the people must remember and not forget in a time of "flood the zone with shit" to keep everyone distracted, on edge, cynical and disempowered. They thrive on fear and division... an aspect that was quickly identified both before and after Trump took power - the first time around in late 2016. Of course, there was likewise the Russia investigation, whereby - back then - the then independent-DOJ/FBI/NSA/CIA had investigated that our elections had been subject to Russian interference. Moreover, this was something Trump actually promoted by asking "Russia: if you're listening, release the 34,000 emails" (from Clinton's private email server). Rather not ironically enough, of course Trump has been caught using his own personal phone for handling sensitive interactions of national interest/defense since then. It has also been discovered through the Epstein investigation, that the "Pizza Gate" debacle, actually was devised by the ultra-wealthy to peddle and project accusations on the opposition - hence why Republicans and Trump truly don't want the Epstein files ever seeing the light of day.

Bottom-line is we're only a little over two weeks out from election day. Be sure to vote and to vote early. Use BallotTrax to track your ballot - presuming your state has implemented such system. Do not wait until the last minute. And don't be surprised when Trump is losing that he will try anything/everything while he has control over every lever of government at his disposal to weaponize it. Remain discerning. If, for whatever reason, we have a repeat of the 2024 Presidential Election - where we see Republicans winning in a landslide - to ask yourself some important questions: is this really legitimate? Trump and his handlers/enablers/sycophants and allies: all recognize they are going to be investigated and exposed if Democrats take control over the House... and certainly if they take control over both the House and the Senate. Yet another clear mismatch between public sentiment and voter turnout, should justifiably stick out like a sore thumb and operate as some major red flags. However, now that the Russian disinformation operation has been hamstrung... it's much more difficult for them to be successful in getting Americans to go along with this - especially since the past two years have been absolute hell in terms of affordability, jobs, economically and now a forever war - on top of all of the other corruption including illegal tariffs, etc. Nonetheless, Elon is doing his part to attempt to tip the scales again... I mean after all, he did triple his networth under Trump (and Elon makes a vast majority of his net profits off government contracts; simple coincidence? In my opinion: not!)

We’ll have to wait to see what comes of this.. but thus far, previous claims of 4,000 counts of voter fraud in Florida.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has faced significant scrutiny over a massive, secretive effort to look for noncitizen voter fraud. Critics and election experts have noted that the agency's initial sweeping claims often resulted in a vast majority of flagged individuals turning out to be legally voting U.S. citizens.

The problem (and intention) with the approach of claiming widespread fraud, and later correcting these headlines in footnotes, is: the damage is already done - even if the claims (or tabulations) later turn out to be bogus, or their need for immediacy to reach far-drawn and overblown conclusions. The debacle created by this is often written off as “a mistake” or “incompetence”: not for what it should be accurately described as - an overarching strategy steeped in disingenuous action, and calling out results before they are even adequately investigated.

They are literally throwing anything and everything at the wall… hoping something will stick; or if it doesn’t, reaching these far drawn conclusions entirely too quickly. After this has happened multiple times, yet they keep repeating the same mistakes: this demonstrates they care more about winning in the court of public opinion and perception, than coherent, transparent optics, or being able to win within the literal court system.

With the events of Butler PA, the actions that followed the purported “attack on the presidents life” (their words, not mine): what was oddly and conspicuous, was when they were confident in a lone gunman attack, and ensuring the crime scene and Crook’a body was sanitized, post-haste. The supposed fact that Trump was hit with a bullet from an AR round, then the following day found with a tampon on his ear (others wearing one out of solidarity): only later the day following those events (or the the day after, the day after) to be caught in a private dinner with a friend - with no visible wound on his ear. “it struck me in the lobe… they call it the lobe” (no Sir… you were struck in the helix or flag of the ear, not the lobe); “I’m a quick healer” (no… wounds don’t heal that fast).

Moreover, when Wray testified before congress on the events of that day: Trump was both angry and insistent that he was struck by a bullet and that “I took a bullet for this country.” Beyond that though, Trump has done his part to ensure no additional questions be fielded about that day… exactly the way he and his enablers and handlers want it. I don’t doubt for a second, that people in the bleachers behind the stage were indeed struck - with some injured, and others fatally wounded.

Trump and his administration claim they are the most transparent administration in our country’s history; and yet, I can’t help but believe kicking the media out of the WH serves an alternate purpose during this time. Trump during one of his more recent speeches has said “they cheat like hell… so we’re going to cheat too”; and has claimed “there’s an October surprise” during one of his speeches and conferring with/to Russ Vought to confirm that to the crowd. Trump additionally suggested (and somewhat implied) to his supporters, to vote by mail and then go in-person: arguing that Democrats are engaging in such acts (which there is no evidence of; actually last time these comments were made by Trump and investigated, it was determined Republicans had engaged in these acts - no Democrats.

Additionally, given that Trump claims to have nothing to do with the events of J6 (when we all know otherwise; even when:

• the corporate technocrats censored him after the events that day - which really tells you something)
• He labeled the event a false-flag put on by the FBI controlled Democrats, BLM, and anti-fa (even though it was clear they were Trump’s supporters and he encouraged them to show up that day to interfere with the certification; the fake electors; the two now infamous phone calls - one involving gaslighting a win -!: the other blackmail to obtain “dirt” on Biden’s son - Hunter). The brutal violence and insurrectionist and seditious acts that day he referred to as “acts of love” and deemed their actions “patriotic”
• He proceeded to blame Nancy Pelosi for not calling in the National Guard - even though she has no authority and it was his job to perform such actions, but was sitting back and enjoying watching the carnage ensue. This clearly had nothing to do with an “official act”, but given the conservative lead (and majority) with SCOTUS… they decided ever-so-perfectly timed to state that president’s have absolute immunity for “official acts” but no protections for “unofficial acts”. A president with full immunity and impunity (even though it was clear his actions that day were not official in nature, given he was personally trying to hold onto power): nevertheless provided him not only the plausible deniability for later, but made way for and teed him up for his second administration to hit the ground running. This creates a dangerous situation when whatever Trump says is official (per being the highest law enforcement official and zero burden of responsibility; and the ability carte-blanche to provide blanket immunity to any of his sycophants, allies, or goons): inevitably leads to unchecked lawlessness and a two-tier justice system beyond the one created for the “have and have nots”
• Following the events that day - after some time and distance had passed from the event:he intentionally conflated perpetrators for victims and victims for perpetrators (something we had also with the Epstein files, and even with himself and his unilateral abuses of power and war crimes - which has resulted in an unnecessary Iran war; and likewise with him labeling Ukraine as perpetrators for defending themselves and hitting the Russian disinformation Yandex data centers) - while defending Putin as a victim (however remains the real perpetrator of the conflict). In my own personal opinion, I expect we’ll see the same thing happen as before with Trump, tapping the Proud Boys and his MAGA mob on the shoulder to engage in acts of domestic terrorism and instigation on Election Day (Trump as the tallies roll in, when ahead demands that “cease and stop counting t the polls at one! all votes that continue to be tallied, will result in elections officials being prosecuted.” I likewise expect that Trump’s proverbial Trump cards will consist of: the illegally seized ballots from 2020 by the no longer non-partisan DOJ (perhaps the same with USPS): to prove fraud based on claim (but since neutrality and chain of custody of the evidence has been violated - details we cannot fully trust and certainly not blanket analysis results with only vague details being provided - per usual). Similarly, I don’t believe it’s an accident he has kept the Iran conflict alive and well, because he can use that conflict as a distraction. He has already threatened at least twice (if not more), especially with one of those threats transpiring just recently about wiping Iran off the face dog the planet. Trump is simultaneously navigating his own neurological deterioration and breakdown that he’s finding difficulty in handling. These past two years, we’ve seen on multiple occasions - evidence/referencing that seems to indicate Trump has suffered from (worsening) neurocognitive challenges/deficiencies and symptomatically (especially on his birthday in 2024) signs of stroke.

With so much at stake and Trump, enablers, sycophants and cronies recognizing that Democrats winning means the corruption will soon be put in check, investigated and given that it runs so deep: they fear a Democratic win and doing anything and everything to subvert and pervert the will of the people and the states’ rights to administer their own elections (this of course includes unilateral overreach). Moreover, Elon yet again engaged in election interference with his ~$300M donation, and phishing for voter information (PII) harvesting “to help people to vote” (presumably in swing states).

Suffice to say, this cult and their Putin funded disinformation machine will be operating on all cylinders. I expect much chaos on Election Day, Trump claiming masa fraud, and/or calling for the polling places to randomly close - if the tabulations bring him out ahead “stop the count! Stop the steal!” That is also why Trump hates mail-in-ballots and the post-mark rule as much as he does… it prevents him (and those aligned with technical gifts): from outright assuredly winning - some is still left to chance - even if they do cheat. What I can say assuredly, however, is what is highly suspect and suspicious, is that: after engaging in a coup and keeping the election lie of the 2020 election being stolen away from him, was that he somehow automagically won all seven swing states in a landslide. This of course also follows him being charged and convicted (but not sentenced) to 34 felonies associated with tax evasion.

I argue that not voting, failure to vote, and creating a false-equivalency or adopting a nihilistic/apathetic/disaffected outlook is exactly what Trumpism and MAGA are all about; that and sewing as much chaos, division, confusion, and lack of trust in our elections - as possible - whilst simultaneously undermining our democratic founding, principles, and processes.

SCOTUS and Republican enablers are responsible for nurturing this monster and getting us into this mess; we must stand up, set the record straight, and continually remind them that even with all of the disinformation of the current age: we as humans recall and remember the events of J6, who was responsible - and similarly - we all the same will remember and judge them for their actions during this time.

The fact that Trump has had to come to Putin's aide and attack Zelensky for this destruction of the bot farms; and Trump's inability to sell America on Russian-bought oil and the polling itself, demonstrates an undercurrent that runs entirely antithetical to what they're trying to sell and/or the outcome they are attempting to force.

That said: even if Democrats win - "we the People" must sit on them and demand investigations, justice and accountability - as it's the only way to reform the party and offer us sometime to force government and representation to reform; otherwise, next election cycle - or time around (or this current rogue-regime's attempts to steal the election) - will just keep on happening and encourage the next "political player" to engage in either the same (or worse) political mind games, deceit, and subversion against the rule of law (including lambasting the constitution and our political norms). While I agree that we must reform this process and Democrats are not great on messaging (and likewise adhere somewhat to the status quo), they are still the lesser of two evils and with the people's pressure - can actually put in the work and get the job done; with the rest being up to us and the people to pressure them and sort through.

Per the latter, that's why it's all the more critical that people register to become members of the underkurrent, so we can work together to sort through the endless sea of voices, minutia and sort through the actions and political virtue/hand-waving signals that go on... and expose the corruption and demand better from our leadership.

This democratic erosion causes a breakdown of the social contract and social order - all at the benefit of the few.

While it seems obvious to say that only two "truths" (akin to the bastardization created by "Truth Social"): that the only reality they accept exists is where they win, or the opposition cheated.

He has complained for years about how grassroots energy is "busing people in" and "hiring paid actors"; however, the sad reality is often with these DARVO cases - every accusation is a form of self-admission.

Gov. Jared Polis declared a disaster emergency late Thursday in response to the flooding, unlocking the Colorado National Guard for evacuations and search-and-rescue across Alamosa, Archuleta, Conejos, Dolores, Hinsdale, La Plata, Mineral, Montezuma, Ouray, Rio Grande, San Juan, and San Miguel counties. The San Juan River's 15-foot peak near Pagosa Springs Friday morning was roughly 10 feet above its pre-flood level and just two feet below the record of 17.8 feet, according to NOAA. In October 2025, the same river peaked near 13 feet, forcing evacuations and damaging more than 100 homes in neighboring La Plata County, the Denver Post reports.

This is the same river, in the same state, breaking itself against the same record twice inside a year.

And it arrives on schedule, because the Trump regime has made it policy: FEMA defunded, climate science denied, global warming treated as a rumor the weather keeps spreading anyway.

Colorado has been punished twice for this.
Last year, after Governor Polis initially refused requests for the release of Tina Peters, Russ Vought (the brainchild of Project 2025, installed as head of OMB) announced the National Science Foundation would dismantle the National Center for Atmospheric Research, which sits in the foothills above Boulder. Polis eventually relented last June and let Peters go, where she was immediately whisked into the Trump administration and installed as an "election integrity" voice — this after her crimes of providing unauthorized access to voting equipment and covering it up. But the damage was done, and the damage was the point: the world-renowned institution that studies these storms, and that develops and deploys the sensing technology behind early detection, was gutted as a political lesson. When the river needed forecasting this week, the forecasters had been taken away on purpose.

The Marshall Fire is the preview, not the exception.
This New Year's Eve marks five years since the Marshall Fire (December 30, 2021), driven by 100+ MPH winds, ravaged southeast Boulder County, with most of the damage in Superior and Louisville. Dozens of neighborhoods were razed outright. The aftermath looked like a war zone: chimneys and cinder block left standing as the only evidence, besides the paved streets and sidewalks, that a neighborhood had ever existed. The event was so costly and so serious that it is now nearly impossible, or extremely expensive, to insure a house in Colorado, with most insurers halting new policies in Boulder and Denver proper. Xcel Energy was sued over it, on the presumption that amid a winter drought, the winds brought down a transformer and ignited a fire that became uncontrollable. Other theories pointed to collapsed coal-mine fires that reportedly still burn thousands of feet underground to this day.

When you combine major meteorological events with extreme wind and drought, you get Marshall. When you get them with rain, you get Pagosa Springs. This past summer, Marseille, France, took its own unprecedented flooding. The globe is running the experiment on all of us at once.

And the regime's answer is to delete the sensors and defund the rescue.
"Not just a weather story" is the whole point: this administration denies the climate while gutting the Department of Education, privatizing federal agencies, defunding FEMA, and dismantling the environmental research institutions that develop the early-detection technology — a rogue administration more invested in "getting even" and capitulating to the lie than in doing right by its citizens. An uneducated public trivializes weather events; a gutted science sector can't see them coming; a defunded emergency sector can't respond to them. Each failure compounds the others, deliberately.

We already ran this experiment too. The en-masse DOGE cuts of 2025 laid off "unnecessary" federal workers wholesale: the nation found itself short of the minutemen running, managing, and protecting our nuclear deterrent arsenal (the same arsenal Trump has repeatedly threatened to obliterate Iran with, in actions deserving of the terms war crimes and crimes against humanity), and the country suffered an unprecedented string of plane crashes after the layoff of air-traffic controllers and aviation inspectors. This is not mismanagement. This is the management.

We are being led by the blind, the stupid, the sadistic, the narcissistic, the entitled, and the cruel.
Trump embodies anti-reality, and the citizenry is perpetually gaslit by a system of intentional conflations: his accusations serving as self-admission (projection); victims and perpetrators swapped (January 6, and the Epstein files); "our country has never been more successful and more hot" while he undermines the democracy underneath it. When he says "we," he means either himself ("I, the royal we... you know, the editorial") or the top 1% of the top 1%; "they" means whoever negatively affects him alone. His hijacking of the narrative, his attacks on truth-tellers, the ad-hominem reflex, the gross injustice and denial of January 6, claiming zero knowledge of Project 2025 while implementing its exact playbook with Heritage Foundation alumni (Russ Vought, among several others) forming the core of his cabinet — none of it is accidental. It is the operating system.

Take MAGA at its word, because they tell you exactly what they are.

The pattern: under Republican leadership the deficit balloons and recessions — or worse — follow (Nixon, Reagan, Bush, Bush, Trump). The One Big Beautiful Bill's entire purported premise was that national spending was unsustainable and the cuts were fiscal hygiene. The reality: the "savings" came from mass layoffs of federal workers, stripping citizens of entitlement programs they paid into, deregulating corporate America wholesale, and doing away with consumer protections — while permanent tax breaks went to big business, capped with a meager no-tax on tips and overtime, plus a first-term reduction in the standard deduction for ordinary taxpayers. The accusation theater about Democratic "heated rhetoric" and "pro-violence" carries the same relationship to reality: Republicans and MAGA disproportionately engage in the radicalism they project onto others.

And the oligarchs built the fog machine.
The tech-evangelists and technocrats — Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Sam Altman — would like us all to believe that (1) if they and the other ~3,000 billionaires and countless corporations operating off capitalistic welfare paid their fair share of taxes, it wouldn't make a difference. Wrong. It absolutely would. And (2) that when technology, the internet, and modern social media arrived to make our lives easier and more connected, and the major platforms capitalized on it as AI rolled out, the promise that AI would "never take our jobs, just make us more productive" was a lie from the start. The technocrats were always out to own and commodify our information, our attention spans, and our influence, to peddle disinformation and propaganda while suppressing the truth, allowing elections to be foreign- and corporate-influenced, and bending reality to the desires of the minority at immediate and lasting cost to the majority — all culminating in subverting the will of the people.

"Cheat like hell" — and like they do, separately, because that part isn't true.
When Trump tells his supporters to "cheat like hell," he's describing his own playbook. Democrats have never in any way acted like this. The worst crime Democrats have committed, as far as I can see, was attempting to nationalize healthcare. Republicans call the ACA a failure; in eleven-plus years they have failed to produce a cheaper equal alternative, and have instead sought to undermine it with race-baiting bigotry like "Barrack Hussein Obama" (a not-so-indirect nod to Osama bin Laden). Trump himself berated, attacked, and falsely accused President Obama of being a terrorist, a spy, and not born in the United States. It is rather not so ironic, then, that this was projection too: "your country is going to hell... your country is falling apart... it will be decimated under Democratic leadership" — spoken about himself and his, the entire time.

Under Trump 2.0 — and God we pray we're at least halfway through this dystopian nightmare — we've experienced a failing job economy, a failing economy overall, an unprovoked war, Gestapo attacks on blue states, the continued attempt to overturn an election that already led to a near-constitutional crisis on January 6, illegal tariffs, a country edging itself toward initiating WWIII, and a leader telling his supporters they're going to hell if they don't cheat for him — all while he self-acclaims having "freed us from 8 wars, no new wars," that the economy has never been better, and that Americans got massive tax cuts. For the wealthy, perhaps. For everyday Americans, absolutely not: we've been taxed more.

So: if America is doing so well, and if Trump is right that the country pulled in nearly $21 trillion, why is the deficit not being reduced — why the mass layoffs of federal workers, the stripped entitlements and research grants, and MAGA Mike Johnson promising further cuts to Medicare, Medicaid, the ACA, and Social Security if Republicans win the midterms? Why was a bill that permanently enriches big business named "The One, Big, Beautiful Bill"?

Why is the river 15 feet high, the science center empty, the fire uninsured, and the ledger $41 trillion deep?

Because it isn't a climate story. It's one story, and we're living in all of it.

Of course just like every Trump loyalist, cabinet nominee - that similarly refuse to say that "Biden won the 2020 election": you can tell when they either refuse to say it, or try to dance around the question.

This case is far more obvious though because it has Scott Bessent blinking a ton, delaying and trying to quickly think up a way to detract/distract from the question.

I'm glad all of these criminals are on film perjuring themselves - like it all doesn't matter and they have it rigged and with pardons on the way. While that might be true, I believe once we have different leadership in a position of power - we the people must demand investigations and to follow the money: the flow of money tells the complete story here and it doesn't matter if they have been "pardoned" because: (1) you must pardon someone for a crime... you cannot pardon preemptively; and (2) by following the money we'll discover high level of corruption and crimes they wouldn't even dream of reaching the discovery process.

In terms of where the money should go: it should flow back to the American people, and to reinstate the programs which we pay for, but have been liquidated. Americans are hurting, and these criminals will one day need to be held to account. Scott Bessent just so happens to have the same surprised look: a popsicle has when it is having its stick inserted into it; which is one part pleasure, one part comedic - in his own sadistic twisted brain. The math doesn't math and he knows it; and he can cut the sophisticated, up tight and perpetual "retentive" look and smirk on his face.

The false-equivalency and blame-game coming from the Right, is truly staggering. Even when they have been in power for nearly two years, signed HUNDREDS of EOs, engaged in illegal wars, and played sycophant and enablers (especially eying MAGA Mike Johnson - with his questionable repeated shuttering of the House to avoid Epstein votes): let's just say, the goal has been full implementation of Project 2025 and the deconstruction/demolition of American democracy. They can argue up down and sideways - as much as they want that we live in a republic and not a democracy - but correction: we live in a democratic republic.

The bottom-line is just like JD Vance: "give us more time" and "Democrats/Biden economics are to blame - not the unchecked corruption, tariffs, illegal wars, or unilateral executive over-reach"? Give me a break... they know what they're doing. It's disastrous policy after disastrous policy. Illegal war after illegal war, illegal bill after illegal bill / EO, and yet they will not take any accountability for the fact they've destroyed our economy.

This is what unchecked / unregulated capitalism/greed looks like. Our economy was previously the envy of the world, following Trump v1.0's disastrous "let's ignore COVID", gaslight the American public, and let us not forget - Trump/Republicans J6 gambits. Ultimately, it was up to corporate America to censor Trump v1.0. Now, they want to rewrite the events of J6. I find it extremely unlikely and shocking that a 2024 win was clinched legitimately - from the abhorrent data, Elon Musk's interference and lobbying (including purchasing Twitter.com to leverage it; whereby he tripled his networth - making him briefly the first trillionaire in the world).

All of this transpired not within an echo-chamber, and same thing is true with tariffs, this illegal war, and if our economy is truly doing as well as it is (after Trump fired all job staticians - similar to how he handled COVID cases, and kicks out the media for truth telling, rather than capitulating with threats of FCC licenses being revoked): then why are there mass layoffs? Why is Trump pushing AI heavily, when people are losing their jobs, or importing beef while our farmers are suffering? The answer is simple: trickle-down economics never worked, and them passing the blame over to Democrats when they literally hold unilteral control over every arm of government (including what is supposed to be an independent USPS/DOJ/SCOTUS) - tells you absolutely everything you need to know. Moreover, Trump claimed to know nothing of Project 2025, and has kept the "election was stolen" and "our elections are rife with fraud" talking points going - even in light of overwhelming evidence on the contrary. Trump and Republicans never like discussing details, only vagueness and vulgarities and character launched at Democrats.

In my mind, while we truly need a people's party... Democrats are the lesser of the two evils. Sitting out this election, or forming a nihilistic view this election cycle, or "we the People" not using our voice or standing up for restoring truth, justice and upholding the law and constitution - could very well spell the final death knell in the coffin of western Democracy. Once more, I think it's rich that Trump never has anything bad to say about Putin, claims Ukraine started a war for defending itself, continually screws over our allies, engages in relentless and baseless lies, and now is trying to subvert the will of the people.

Make no doubt about it, they will "flood the zone with shit" (as Steve Bannon said), and literally leave no stone, unturned. I am confident there are still several "Trump cards" that haven't yet been played... including timing after they lose this election with baseless claims by our hijacked/corrupted-DOJ of the 2020 elections being stolen from Trump. Wrong. What we should all recall is J6, two blackmail phone calls, a false-slate of electors, 63/64 failed and separate lawsuits against states, a former president exfiltrating sensitive files of value to Russia and just this year and towards the end of last: attempting to force Moduro into admitting to election inteference, or blaming China... when Trump's report he released in on July 17th painted quite a different picture.

While I could go on and on, the point is the lies are not landing with voters and the American people. People recognize just how much more costly and disastrous of a position Americans and the American people are financially: all while bragging about the stock-market (and behind the scenes, bragging how the tariffs and oil are making Trump and the Epstein class - millions upon millions of dollars). Likewise, it should have been seen as extremely illegal with Trump-regime's attempts to invest in companies, pay for Trump support ads using tax payer dollars, or for him to launch his own pump+dump crypto scheme... and hollow out the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. MAGA Mike Johnson and others have said the quiet part out loud: if God forbid they lose the midterms, Trump, his family, friends and half the people in this room will be investigated; to which I add: damn straight. FAFO - they know they have engaged in criminal acts and cover-up.

My last suggestion for you, is go watch "Our Nixon" on Netflix and don't tell me that you don't see how it starkly matches our current reality with the Trump scandals, cheating, blackmail/bribery of votes, etc. Right now Trump and Republicans are floudering - especially after they hit up the beginning of this year with an illegal war and not even attempting to hide the corruption any longer. These are likewise the consequences of conservative justices literally teeing up Trump this second term, by not explicitly claiming he has immunity... but offering him enough of a grey area to operate with. As Trump stated "if I don't have absolute immunity, I can't do my job as president". Wrong. Also, their accusations against Jack Smith (independent investigator) they attempt to scapegoat as a violation of checks and balances... well, I would tell them to look in the mirror these past two years. They are reaping what they sew and I'm all for 25-50 years of Nuremberg trials to come, and for the liquidation of these corrupt entities assets - if they engaged in illegal behaviors, or were accessories and enablers to these crimes.

Trump isn't stupid... he knows what he is doing when he primes and says "a midterm surprise". Look at what happened in 2024 with the election results. Still hard to imagine those results were even real and not engineered - given Elon's involvement.

We the people can only take so much of this gaslighting abuse before we say enough is enough. It should begin with the unification of our voice and protesting and proceed from there.

You cannot control numbers that roll in over days, and has the ability to over-turn any efforts to engineer a win. Just look at what happened with Zelensky and Raffensperger calls (him later attempting to force Moduro - following his capture from Venezuela - into falsely-admitting to election interference), the false-slate of electors, the events of J6, the bomb-threats called into Democratic strongholds, the lawsuits that followed, the big lie created by Trump and his sycophants/enablers/handlers/supporters (and Project 2025's plans for destroying democracy and our democratic process), MAGA Mike Johnson's grip on the House, and all the undermining of free-and-fair elections and processes.

Oncemore, what has remained unanswered, was a 2024 - squeeezed out win - Elon's involvement, DOGE exfiltration of US citizens from IRS (likely later leveraged for voter data), not to mention blackmailing states to release their voter rolls, SCOTUS' rather blantantly illegal and complicit corruption (and trampling over state's rights), and all the attempts made to try to force USPS to participate in the act of voter suppression, etc. I know people demand verifiable proof, when a pattern has existed and been doubled-down upon for the past decade plus; which is to say, it's too charitable at this point given the toxic gaslighting and narcissistic patterned abuses to say that Trump truly cares about elections integrity - when in the reality and his ego tell an entirely different story: claim fraud early and frequently, and undermine voter confidence and the elections process and sew chaos and confusion, as much as possible.

That's why it's ever critical for us to leverage our voices, and uphold the rule of law - before it's too late. We can no longer solely rely on the courts to uphold this, between SCOTUS' own undermining of our democratic process, and with the assailing on state rights, and claim of fraud - while quite literally Republicans and Trump hold all the cards and power. That's why it's essential to call out the disparity after we see it... and that is: if people's sentiment and polls tell one story, but the win squeaked out tell another (after 2 years of rampant corruption) - then it's time for we the people to unify and act as the final bastion to seek transparency. If, just like the Epstein files - we're denied it... then it sets a very clear precedent that only further underscores the corruption and self-own/engineered outcome they seek (as the powers that be want to see democracy - and our way of self-governance - driven into the ground, continually undermined, and for the will of the majority trampled upon. Of course, that doesn't even begin to hit on the dangerous economical challenges of this country with a system that has been fixed for the ultra-wealthy top 1% of the top 1%, the lack of justice applied to the Epstein class, and how the top 1% of the top 1% would love to see a third world-war precipitate, as our US government is both literally and morally bankrupt - and the vast wealth and interest provided to these powers if they bankrolled of what potentially, may be the end of the world.

Although I am labeling this as opinion... much like science fiction becomes science fact... patterned abuses often later are exposed as the same factual patterned abuses - even if absent all of the singular "smoking gun" that people demand. We all know what transpired on J6, as Trump/Republicans/MAGA-die-hards seek to rewrite that day and villainize what was then a more impartial 3rd-party role of the DOJ (not under the captured form under Trump's leadership), along with the relentless and continual undermining of the Epstein investigation.

They will reject the results of this selection... except the pushback will make J6 look like an absolute cake-walk, for comparsion - because undermining the legitimacy of the elections is the point.

However, that situation places us - squarely - in a catch 22 because: (1) on one hand if they win (inexplicably against polling numbers, a stark contrast to the public sentiment) - they will then leverage that to undermine the legitimacy of future elections (even though they engineered a win and it resulted in potential voter spoilage/cheating, as it is controlled by a majority hand and could feel like a repeat of 2024 win - following Trump's J6 coup d'etat); or (2) they will lose and literally throw anything/everything (including the kitchen sink) at denouncing the results, or engineering a loss for the opposition - while engineering a "win" themselves).

We must recognize on just how dangerous of a president and precedent this sets. We already know that Trump likely has kept the Iran conflict alive for the reason of having a bypassing "existential crisis" that will be used to destract. Similarly, the no-longer-independent/hijacked DOJ's corrupt attempts to rig the midterms (under Blanche; and to engineer payment to J6er insurrectionists along with pardons), among dozens of other strategems will be utilized.

In "their version of reality" (which they conflate as the only legitimate version of reality), is a world where truth doesn't exist (is impossible to be determined), they win always, and their opposition only wins above them as the result of cheating. This is quite literally the most abusive and brain-damaged of a false-belief system/gaslighting and actions of subverting of the will of the people we've seen in this nation's history; just because SCOTUS wrongfully undermines the constitution under a corrupt seal of "rubber stamped" approval (similar to Trump's purported "immune from prosecution under official acts" - while failing to define it) is a level of complicitness and complacency. Why? Simple: crimes are always determined based on intent and last time around (back when our democracy had guard-rails) - Trump and his regime attempted to seize and cling onto power via blackmail, coercion, demanded recounts, lawsuits, and engaging in endless lies. Just because Trump "believed" he had been wronged and kept up that lie (then forced his confirmed cabinet members to maintain the lie), doesn't mean we're unable to determine truth from untruth, etc.

What we've been witnessing has been a period of the highest and most engrained level of corruption ins our democracies history - including unilateral war against its people (ICE shootings), foreign nations (illegal and unprovoked war engagement), EOs that were never backed by congressional approval (along with the war), and now a decade later - a legacy media machine that is either one part complicit accessory to the lies, or are capitulating out of fear. To make matters worse (and less clear), is seeing every major tech CEO sitting next to Trump dureing his 2nd inauguration on Jan 20 2025 - after literally only a little over 4 years earlier, the corporate tech bros denounced his willingness to overthrow our state of governance. Yes, that's correct: Twitter, Facebook and YouTube - silenced a still then sitting president; and we literally could not rely on congress (due to Republican sycophancy and the end of their respective party, due to their fears of impeaching him would backfire).

It's time to prime and prepare ourselves to these facts, and act accordingly when voting and responding to their attempts to over-engineer, or over-throw the last bastions of our self-governance model. Trump can fawn as much as he wants over wanting to Be Putin, Kim Jun, etc. - but Americans are sick of his narcissistic gaslighting and abuse and even his supporters are starting to wake up. It's become so dire for Trump and his supporters that Trump announced at a recent rally "you gotta cheat like hell, like they do" (going on to encourage his supporters to create the very fraud he complains of). Why do they comply?

In my own personal opinion (but also lookign at patterns): this is because they are just as weak as he is... just as Republicans are as weak as he is. Republicans know (much like his supporters), what they are doing. This abusive relationship between patriarchal/abusive father relationship many in the conservative world have received from their father's and the group think of rural goers; hence why they refer to him as "daddy". This toxic and noxiousness, attempts to self-perpetuate, when I am personally confident - many of them are vastly aware of the subtextual/pretextual abuses they ascribe towards - hence why the attacks on our capital happened that day and they attempt to invert and project responsibility away that day (as they have changed their story-telling of the events of J6 and fear-mongered over 'socialism' and intentionally conflating as 'communism', taking over - ad nauseum). They know they can't win on logic/facts/memory, so they attempt all means to pigeon-hole their way to victory (even - yes, if it requires cheating; or burning our way of governance to the ground, or interfering in the sovereign governance of other countries, or launching us into many new illegal wars, or subjugation of the American people). For all of those reasons and more - remain vigilant and do not remain complicit and silent - narcs rely on it, to engineer inferred consent of the public (as these last bastions of democracy reject such attempts to undermine). And for anyone involved in this process, recognize that whistle-blowing exists for a reason - and act accordingly if you see illegal things happen before, on, or following these upcoming mid-terms. They are so desperate: this is their final chances to attempt to grip onto and seize power, before losing everything; what comes next, is accountability and in my opinion: investigations that make Nurembergs (much like Nixon's corruption), comparatively: look like a cake walk.

The Department of Justice is warning local election officials in California to cooperate with the administration to identify noncitizens on a list of registered voters or face potential legal action, according to a letter obtained by NBC News.

This was never about "election security" and has everything to do with election subversion, coming from the felon and chief.
