Steve Bannon Declares Trump Will Get a Third Term — "There's a Plan" — White House Gift Shop Adds "TRUMP 2028" Hats

In an interview with The Economist, Steve Bannon declared: "He's going to get a third term. Trump is going to be president in '28 and people just ought to get accommodated with that." Bannon said there were "many different alternatives" and "there's a plan." He called Trump "a vehicle of divine providence... an instrument of divine will." The White House gift shop subsequently added "TRUMP 2028" hats. Trump had told NBC News in March he was "not joking" about a third term and that "there are methods" including having Vice President Vance resign after winning the presidency in 2028.
