They are making this available to the state, to implement Trump's voter rolls. Meaning, voting roll purges in participating states - per Trump regime's SAVE Act DB - which didn't pass, but is being implemented.

There's the possibility results in non-participating blue states could be likely contested as well.

How is this legal? Voting is NOT handled federally (though there seems to be attempts to usurp constitutional law).

In my own personal opinion: the powers that be want they seize this opportunity and SCOTUS has been acting way too permissive (and against the constitution).

This is unprecedented.
