EO 14215 Requires FEC, FCC, SEC, FTC to Submit Regulations to White House OMB

Executive Order 14215 "Ensuring Accountability for All Agencies" required independent regulatory agencies including the FEC, FCC, SEC, and FTC to submit major regulations to the White House Office of Management and Budget for review, effectively stripping their independence. DNC, DCCC, and DSCC filed lawsuit Feb 28, 2025.
