Supreme Court Strikes Down Trump Tariffs in 6-3 Ruling

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that the IEEPA does not grant the President authority to impose tariffs. The government had collected an estimated 166 billion in IEEPA tariffs that was required to be refunded.
