Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, was inadvertently added to a Signal group chat by NSA Mike Waltz. The chat included VP Vance, Defense Secretary Hegseth, and other top officials discussing classified operational details of imminent airstrikes on Yemen.
