Ismael Ayala-Uribe dies in ICE custody from sepsis

Ismael Ayala-Uribe, a 39-year-old Mexican man, died in ICE custody from sepsis. His death was a direct result of delayed medical treatment -- a treatable condition that became fatal due to the failure of detention facility medical staff to provide timely care.
