Maksym Chernyak dies in ICE custody
Maksym Chernyak, a 44-year-old Ukrainian man, died in ICE custody. His death added to the growing toll of lives lost in the administration's expanded detention system. Reports indicated insufficient medical care and overcrowded conditions in the facility where he was held.
